The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the place was. They have a different buffer/file for each client set aside with your name on it. I wish I saw this practice in more nail salons! The girls there are so friendly, and they are great at what they do while also making pleasant conversation. As a new customer there, I can see the close relationship they form with their regulars. I have never been unhappy with my nails after going to Kim’s Nails. They give great attention to detail. Absolute best place to relax and enjoy a pedicure or manicure or even a massage!! My fiance and I got the deluxe pedicures and we we're treated like royalty! We got the works from scrubs, fresh citrus rubbed on our feet and legs for dead skin and it felt amazing!! We were offered wine and all it was amazing!!!! Definitely recommend the deluxe pedicure! Got a pedicure and was my first visit here. I'm very impressed with the atmosphere and prestigious look. The chairs were the latest and fanciest I've seen yet. An amazing family business. My pedicure was extremely relaxing, my eyebrow wax was bang on, and my nails…oh my they did a brilliant job on my gel nails and nailed the design I wanted. Plus for a tiny fee you can have your own nail files that are only used on yourself.Read Less

This place is worth the money. Clean and professional services and they made my 5 year old feel like a princess with the special kids chairs and offered drinks. Atmosphere was great and when I mean great I mean I didn't feel rushed even though 3 of us came in last minute. They welcomed us with smiles and we left with smiles! I love love going to Aqua Nails and Spa and I love the staff bc they have never ever been anything but nice, and respectful and not just to me but every single person that has ever walk through their doors, I have not once since the first day I walk in there have ever had to sit while they do my nails n have them ignore me they always talk to u and want to know how ur day is going and the staff whole is that way. So I really would encourage people to go there even if u might have had a bad experience one time I would give them another shot everybody has a bad day once in while and deserves a second chance they truly or wonderful over there !!!!! I believe they are over charging people now. I've gone to Aqua for about 3 years and these past couple of times that I've gone the prices have been extremely high and different. I get the same thing every time and every time the price is different. I'm so over this place. Read Less
