Zuzana saved my nails after I got a bad (being super polite there) nail job at another salon that had left my nails looking misshapen and rough. I wish I’d taken before and afters because the transformation was unbelievable. She had her work cut out for her repairing my poor nails. But when I left I left with the results I wanted in the first place when I went to the other place. Now, I can’t get over how even after a week they still look amazing. Excellent establishment! The employees are incredibly accommodating, I booked my appointment online for 2pm but showed up with a friend for her appointment at 1230pm. The employees were kind enough to rearrange their schedule so that I could have my services done at the same time as my friend. Today I was helped by Missy and Zuzana, it is very obvious that each employee is well trained and they take pride in their work! The girls were meticulous about the services they were providing and because of that the quality of their work is well worth the price. The employees are outgoing, friendly, and incredibly inviting - they know how to hold a conversation with you and they make the conversation flow effortlessly. I had a great first time here today! I came from having my toes and nails painted from two different salons here in London and didn't like either experience at all. One cut my cuticles too much and hurt my toes, the other rushed my nails and didn't clean up around at all - even though I just came in for a polish change, they went above and beyond for me. This place is the best. We came here to celebrate my mother in law's 75th birthday and they treated her like royalty! They were able to accommodate all 10 of us and did everything they could to make sure we had a fantastic experience. I called and was able to get an appointment same day with Phuong! She ended up staying an hour and half after they closed to work on my nails! I felt like a VIP! My nails were done beautifully and exactly what I wanted! If you go to this salon you are supporting the many important charities that they support including kids and medical research and many more! My first time at Fantastic Nails was a treat!I usually get shellac manicures and spa pedicures. It was suggested that I try gel nails as they are higher quality and I WAS NOT disappointed!
