4 times in a row it has happened that I have had an appointment and they have taken walk ins before me. Making my appointment over 30 minutes late. VERY DISSAPOINTED. After 4 years of service I will not ever be returning and not recommending to anyone. I would drive to Kitchener rather than coming here again. Appointments should take PRIORITY. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed both times I went - the first time, my acrylic nails started bubbling after only a week and a half, so they were improperly applied. The second time, I booked an appointment for my friend and I to get manicures. Our appointment was at 5, and by 5:30 we still weren't seen because they took too many walk-ins. Two women started they're treatments while we were waiting, and we were the ones with appointments! He told the walk-ins that it was a 15 minute wait, yet we waited 30 and he never mentioned to us that they were behind. Finally when he was finished, he could only take one of us at a time, but I made it clear we wanted to go together. We left without getting our nails done, he lost $90 worth of business and we will never go back. They were also very rude when we finally decided to leave. Read Less

Some of the girls are very talented, but I have also had my polish come off very quickly. So be picky about who you book with. Professionalism definitely lacks as a whole. It would be nice when you call in to book an appointment that they actually put you into a time slot ( we all have schedules!). Great place to get into quickly but if you are an organized person I would recommend going elsewhere. I would give the whole experience at this spa maybe a 5 out of 10. I thought my nails were done ok! I would have enjoyed my experience more if they spoke English! I thought they were kinda rude pointing at the nail dryer and your hands like your just automatically supposed to know what they want you to do, for my first time experience I was not impressed with their customer service skills, and that is why I give them 2 stars.
