I get my nails done here with Henry. He is awesome. He takes his time, he is gentle and always offers for me to come back if I don’t like them and he with redo them. I know when Henry does my nails, they will always last and I won’t be jumping in the seats with sensitive fingers. I highly recommend Henry if you are looking for a job well done and consistency! Excellent service!!! Had nails done in a very light gel colour and didn't realize until the next day in the natural sunlight that one nail wasn't as "rich" in colour as the rest, I stopped in there to see if they could fix the one nail and I was able to come back the next day to have fixed. We couldn't find the colour I had gotten on my nails but found something a shade darker, and she was able to do ALL my nails again for me. Had a pedi/acrylic. Pedi isn't even a pedi, it's a foot bath and having your toes painted, you'll come out the same way you went in. Nail service was more then disappointing(done by both OWNERS). ALL 10 fingers on both sides have burns and 3 have cuts. I might as well had gone and bought a nail set seeing as they look the exact same as when I do them myself anyways. Lady beside me asked for gel and they gave her acrylic, they just lie to you and charge you more. The female owner was rude and on the phone most of my appointment while doing my nails. Both were extremely rough and unpleasant to be around. They owners had there daughter (grade 4 I think) she was a total brat. Waving stuff in my face, grabbing my phone and shaking it. She was also loud and gave her parents/ other staff lots of sass. She was also painting clients nails which is extremely inappropriate,clients are not coming in to have their nails done by a child. Very understaffed. I booked an appointment for my friend and I, she was half way done before mine even got started. I had one of the owners do my nails, she was at the register, answering calls, booking people more then she was doing my nails. They were both super rough on us. 5 of my fingers have cuts all over them, my friend has 3 cuts on her hands. I said that hurt and took my hand away and the lady doing my nails rolled her eyes every time I'd say it hurt, or even move. Ever over priced. Worst service ever. Thought i would try a new place closer to home. Bad move. The longest session ever. The girl was at the check out and answering the phone making appointments more than the amount of time she was in front of me. Just before putting the polish on, she left for about 10 minutes to do a bikini wax for another client. Said someone else would do the polish but no one did. She did it when she came back. Time to pay and they overcharged me to what they said it would cost. Going back to the best place i have ever been....Nails For You in Brooklyn. They have great customer service. Read Less

If I could give less then one star I would. I came in to have shellac done for my wedding. They refused to soak my nails because I didn't want my cuticles cut because it causes infection. I still wanted them pushed back. Place smelled horrible and was super busy. Woman was rude. Read Less
