I've been here many many times over the years and have never had a bad experience and am always happy with my nails when I leave. The staff are always quick to greet customers as soon as they walk in. I usually try to book an appointment but they are always accommodating to walk ins as well. I would recommend them for sure! NAIL SALON FROM HELL AND THE OWNER IS AWFUL. I went in asking for a full set of gel nails (I already had on some old shellac) the girl who helped me removed the shellac with no mind of how much pain she was causing me and afterwards proceeded to glue tips on my broken uneven nails without a file or wash. After she asked me how long I would like my nails, I told her not too long she said "so short" I said "not too short just about medium" then she proceeded to cut the nails and start filing without asking what shape I would like. When she starts to file I round nail I said "I'm sorry I don't think I was clear I would like my nails a tapered squared she proceeds to roll her eyes and get extremely rude and tell me "make up your damn mind" I ignored the comment.After a few minutes I look down and see the extremely messy shaping job. Every single nail was a different shape. I asked her if she could please fix it. She looked at me and said "You've asked way too much" and grabs my hands roughly and cuts the tips she just applied so carelessly she cut the quick of my nail on 2 fingers and after that has the nerve to look at me and say "that's $5 for the shellac removal" once I get to the counter to pay this women her money she says "actually I mean $10" by this point I was moments from tears and I gave her the $10 and left the salon. Worst experience ever!!! Made an appointment for bio gel nails and showed up to my appointment only to find my appointment was bumped and no one called me or anything!!! When I was clearly upset because it was a very early morning appointment all anyone would say is sorry. Did solve my problem and asked if I'd wait 45 mins to get my nails done!!! If I wanted to wait why would I make an appointment!!!!! Rude!! Unprofessional!!! Don't bother making an appointment you'll get bumped.... never go here!!!!!!! Ever!!!! Read Less

Such a great nail place. Very clean, reasonably priced, and all the people who work there are so nice and friendly. They just got new massage chairs and they're the best. I have gel nails that are pretty long and they always make them look amazing--shaped perfectly and painted evenly. Read Less

Awful customer service, I got a set of acrylic nails with no tips and a shellac overlay and the total came to 70$, when I complained about the price they said there was a 20$ fee for a manicure on top of the cost for a acrylic and shellac nails which I thought would come with the service. This apparently included a hand massage and a cuticle trim, which I never got a hand massage and the price listed on their website for a manicure is 15$. They also have charged my friend tax on a gift card. Read Less
