There this week, most brutal pedicure I have ever had, left with cuts on both big toes. Also quoted one price when I booked but charged more after the pedicure and manicure were completed, even after telling owner the price we were quoted. I brought my daughter in for a surprise birthday mani and pedi. I had made an appointment 1.5 hrs ahead of time and was delighted and blown away that they had balloons and a cupcake waiting for my sweet girl. Extremely overpriced! They tried rushing me out of the salon because they were closing and as a result, they sent me out the door before my pedicure had dried and it was completely ruined. The owner phoung I find is very rude. I walked in and she just glared at me. Usually I am welcomed by nail salons and she did not welcome me into polished. If your owning a business please be nice to your customers as they are coming to YOUR nail salon and paying YOU to get their nails done. I'm pretty sure I will not return here. I had an appointment and felt that I was being rushed through for walk-ins. Within a week my nail tips were peeling up and mold was starting under one of my nails.
