I do not recommend this place. I have gone twice and both times, it has been terrible. Visit 1: a co-worker and I called at 11:00 asking if we could make an appointment for our lunch hour to have pedicures. They said they do not take appointments (which is fine, I get that) and to come on in because they are empty and should have no problem having us in and out in our hour. We went in and they started our pedicures. As time went on, they started getting busy, and our girls left us to work on other people multiple times in the middle of the pedicures. We were not out in an hour and the entire job was rushed, and the polish chipped away the same day. Visit 2: I stopped in to have a gel set removed. The woman said no problem, $10. She looked at them and offered to fix them instead for $20. I pointed out multiple times that three of the nails were broken and I didn't think they could be fixed. She insisted so I agreed. 20 minutes into the fix, she realized I was correct and she cannot fix them. She then says she will file them down and add a gel polish. She then charged me $27 for the "fix" that I knew wouldn't work. I will not be back. Read Less

This review is long overdue. A year ago I had gone to multiple different nail salon getting my acrylics filled. Each place I went to something went wrong. Nail fell off, left with chipped polish etc. Seemed like I couldn't have a good experience anywhere. I heard if this place from a friend and gave it a shot. Glad I did! My friend and I got pedicure s and manicures, we had a wonderful time, got the SNS dipped nails. Both of our nails are looking better and stronger since we went, a couple weeks ago. We will definitely go back. Read Less

Absolutely the best service for pedicure of any place I've been so far! These ladies do a thorough job on my feet and are so friendly :( the atmosphere is fantastic. Totally recommend. I used to go often in the past, but with time being busy stopped. Went in today as a walk in, great service. They were busy so surprised the female owner and others were juggling so many and doing a great job. Not one unhappy person and they were accommodating with time crunch I had to pick up my kid. Any other nails salon they usually snip up their nose and say too bad and ignore you. Never had that here though. Read Less

This is a great place to get your nails done. The prices are very reasonable and the girls are very friendly. Anna, the lady who owns the shop is a gem - kind, warm, and friendly. There is a bit of a language barrier (though not as bad as some) so as long as you have a picture to back up what you are saying, you should be fine. The girls here take their time and don't cut the skin around your nails like some of these shops do. I appreciate that I can relax when I'm getting my nails done instead of flinching, waiting for the sander to dig into my skin. Great place. Clean. Nice atmosphere. Courteous service.Read Less

Unfortunately I received terrible results here and have had the same experience the few times I've tried. As far as attitude goes, they aren't lacking kindness which was refreshing.. But still - they rushed me out the door without paying mind to how terribly my nails looked. My nail job was brutal. They didn't push my cuticles back, nor clean my nail bed, and I left the salon with clear coat all over my fingers. I definitely would not recommend this place if you're looking for quality. I had my 1st experience here yesterday and it was overwhelmingly positive! The staff are attentive to each client, they listen & communicate, they're friendly, fun, and really strive to deliver a good result & overall experience. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, attention to detail, and beautiful results. I can't ask for more! Definitely make an appointment if you want to get in, and even then expect to wait a good 30 minutes if they're busy. Be patient. Remember that the same time and focus they're giving the clients will be given to you when it's your turn. The wait will be worth it. They may even get you a glass of wine while you wait if you're nice. Read Less
