I would like to give this place a big fat 0 based on the experience I had today. I felt absolutely disgusted, and wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone ever, even if it's a last resort for ear piercing. The lady I dealt with for my daughters ear piercing today was extremely unprofessional, rude, and the least considerate person I’ve met in my life. The second a previous customer had left, she resorted to gossiping about them loudly, as well as being incredibly rude to me. Rolling her eyes on customers was her only talent, considering that she clearly cannot do her job very well.  Not only that, but she also dismissed every concern I had instead of addressing it, and proceeded to call my daughter a “baby” after being nervous to gwet pierced. Pardon me if having nerves is a reason to be called a name, especially from a woman responsibly for piercing your ears. Please deal with your condescending staff as soon as possible, because it’s bringing down the entire location. To the point where other customers had to reassure us after her incredibly rude treatment. If Trade Secrets if the last place you can get your ears pierced, I’d wait if I were you. Got my daughters ears pierced here. They were uneven, and one fell out overnight 3 days after she got them and closed up. Upon removing the other (because the poor girl didn’t want to go through it a second time, she was brave one time...) I realized what a cheap product they used as it was very easy to remove. Initially they offered me to have me pay less the next time for them to redo the piercing, eventually they said they would redo for free (gee thanks but no thanks I will go elsewhere after this). They would not give me money back, as “that’s not their policy”. Unhappy I spent almost $200 supporting this business. Will not return or buy products there. Read Less

Will never return here for business. Do not get ears pierced here!! They don't do a good job, and don't use good products that will not fall out. Wish I had known this before my excited 4 year old bravely went through ear piercing only to have one fall out 3 days later. When/if she ever worked up the courage to do it again we wouldn't think of returning here despite the offer of "doing it for free the next time", after initially saying at a reduced cost. Give people their money back when they are unhappy, because you won't get any more of mine and I'm hoping no one else will have to go through this terrible experience. Read Less

Very bad experience. No professionalism at all. I had the eyebrow threading done, she did not do it properly and I had to tell her every time to do it neatly, still it was not proper. The lady at the cashier was rude and I asked for receipt but she threw the customer receipt and when I was waiting there, the other lady came and started searching the receipt in the dustbin instead of giving the duplicate one. No professional workers ,brows are alright but could be much better ,the henna tattoos are terrible,like a child drew it on with a cryola washable marker it was supposed to last for 3 weeks but it washed off after 2 days ,a total waste of money...They hired totally unprofessional workers that have no ide what they are doing.Do NOT go there save your time and money and go somewhere where they will actually do it properly.If I could rate this a 0 I would ,even lower than that .Really disappointed,never going back again 😡😒 Read Less

DO NOT GET LASH EXTENSIONS HERE!!!!! Had my lashes done here, thought it was normal for it to hurt a bit at first but I was wrong!!! After a few days my one eye looked like a tarantula, the lashes looked all clumpy. The lady glued the lashes incorrectly on my eyes. I had to go and have them fixed by another salon within the week. Trade Secrets claims they are using mink lashes but the I was informed by new salon they are synthetic. My natural lashes were severely damaged and lost. Beware!!!!!! Read Less

I came in for a blowdry, the lady who did it was rough, kept pushing my head around. when i left the store, i looked the same as coming in. No movement in my hair. She said that my hair was asian and stubbornly straight. Ive had blowdrys at many other places, they provide movement in my hair using only a round brush. Very bad service, i had to write a review. Not sure if anyone will read this but if so just do your self a favor and try a different store location. The workers looked unprofessional and sounded ignorant and slow even. Maybe due to lack of training?While I was looking at the products an employee rushed into the store and accidentally pushed me over as she ran through the isle (I assume she was late, understandable). I went in to get my eyebrows cleaned up, since it was my anniversary with my fiance I wanted to look good. I went in, asked for them to be cleaned up. When she gave me the mirror, I didn't have words. My heart felt like it fell out of my chest and my body was shaking with anger. Not only were they completely uneven, they were completely ruined. I generally have semi think regular eyebrows, and one was so thin it was almost unexistant. There is no way of fixing this until they grow back. So I have to go to work and in public looking like a clown. If I could give them negative stars I would. Do not go in there. If you do, make sure you get the manager to do them for you! Read Less

I booked an appointment for eyelash extensions about a month ago. I get to my appointment and 2 employees tell me the girl left and that they called me an hour ago to let me know. I told them nobody called me! Then Jessica the 1 employee said, maybe they dialed the wrong number! I asked for head office number because this is the most unprofessional thing I encountered! Wedding is in 2 days and I counted on them, now I have no other options because the wedding is in 2 days. I was furious and instead of giving me head office number Jessica called security to kick me out of the store. I got head office number from another store and I'll be reporting all of this. The employees are not professional what so ever, don't care about nothing. Jessica should NOT be dealing with customers. She's very rude and needs much more training for that position! Read Less
