Interesting to read the reviews here as the negative ones are correct. I have gone here a few times mostly due to location. I was in a rush last week so I went in. It has actually gotten worse and wonder why there are customers at all. This time I realized many seemed to be friends or family of the staff. The constant chatter between them is like a party totally ignoring the customers they are actually working on thus one error after another. They have so much fun chatting in their own language to each other their ability to speak English is of no interest to them it seems leading to not understanding the customer and more mistakes are made. My pedi and fingernails are a mess. A young child could do better. The machine used to dry the nails is broken so I had to sit until they were dry and they were not dry of course. Best not to waste your money here. The owner does not seem to understand or perhaps does not care what is happening. On five different occasions I have called in to book an appointment with a certain person only to get there and that person has gone home with no notification of change. Very poor service. My time is important to me and when I drive the distance to keep my appointment I expect to be taken care of by the person I booked with not passed on to someone else. Read Less

horrible first experience, went there to get my nails done for my birthday tomorrow, when I got there for my appointment they were all sitting at the back playing cards, the lady started to take my nail polish off and then went back to playing cards, they then gave me no time at all to chose a colour, then I got cut under 2 of my nails,, the edge of my nails are still very rough, was not asked what shape I wanted and she filed my whole natural nail Length down which I had been growing out without asking, I paid, went to the car and realized how rough and how I was no impressed I went back and was told I shouldn't complaine... If I could give zero stars I would. It was my first time getting my nails done and they charged me $60 for "gel nails" which were actually acrylic I learned later. Not to mention the job was very poorly done and they started chipping a week later. Very unhappy and will not recommend this place to anyone! If you want your nails done go to a REAL salon.Read Less

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!! I went here this past Sunday to have acrylic nails done for my upcoming wedding--which is this following Saturday--it is now Wednesday. Within 3 days my nails have begun peeling from the cuticle line on EVERY NAIL BUT ONE! Not only that I have small bubbles appearing within all of the acrylic. I was understandably upset so I made time to go back and tell them of my issue with the nails. I was essentially told its my fault due to my cuticles being dry and I should have gotten gel nails instead! It is the technicians JOB to PREP the area to eliminate these issues from happening!!!! She reluctantly offered to file the problem areas down after my persistence--which was very rushed, messy, and completely uneven. $30 service that lasts 3 days! These awful nails are not worth $10/day! Not to mention the shaping of the nails and consistency of shape and size was abysmal. 3 of us went in for this same service together and we were served by the same tech and rushed out from 3:30pm arrival to 4:40pm departure... Maybe she was more concerned with being done for her day (since they closed at 5pm) than the happiness of her customers!!!! Horrible service, AMY completely BUTCHERED my nails. Different shapes, sizes, lengths, and wouldn't fix them to my liking when I asked. She then blamed my nail size for the reason why she cut my acrylic short. I don't recommend anyone giving their money to this shady nail place, couldn't even say thanks or have a nice day to me. Disgrace to nail salons. They need to be out of business. Spend your hard earned money else wear folks. THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE OPEN! Read Less
