This salon is absolutley hands down one of the best in all Tri cities. I've been going here for 3 years and have even moved to Toronto and still would come back to Ms Chin to get my hair and nails done. Its friendly, fun environment. Modern clean decor. The pedicure chairs have massaging in them. The ladies that work here put all their love into the work the do. They offer waxing, pedicures, eye lash extensions, hair salon, manicures and nail extension ect
Please come check them out you won't regret it. A little advise is to call ahead of time and book an appointment as spots fill up very fast.

After my friend left a truthful bad review as she was treated with little respect the lady of this place got someone she know to harass my friend. (To clear this up the person had not talk to the owneer in years it was a childish guy) This person went on calling her name and threatening to come say all these bad thing to her face. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I'm sadden the owner would allow this to continue you on her review page on facebook.

Miss Chin Hair is VERY unprofessional. A customer has a bad experience at her business so she gets one of her friends to harass insult and slander the customer because of a bad review. As well being discriminatory towards clients appearance. I find that VERY RUDE and unprofessional. I bet her friend will harass me too now that I have exposed your true colours. You should of acted like an adult when you get a bad review and try to learn and do better in stead of getting one of your friends to harass the client that has a bad experience at your salon. I am happy to say your unprofessionalism has been well noted and made aware to a group of women that consist of 23K members. Have a good day.

Worst customer service ever!! I got my nails done not even a week later they started to fall off. I went in she fixed them and charged me basically for a whole new set... my new set is 4 days old and ...
Worst customer service ever!! I got my nails done not even a week later they started to fall off. I went in she fixed them and charged me basically for a whole new set... my new set is 4 days old and is already chipping.. you would think they would give money back because you are not satisfied with their service and i got told they wont refund my money. They are rude and have poor customer service.

You won't find nails like this anywhere else in KW. Miss Chin is my go-to salon every time. Very clean, professional, and accommodating. Modern decor and a friendly atmosphere. If you want bomb nails, they will deliver. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails wherever I go. I've never had a problem with my nails lasting a very long time.

Today I had my first experience at this FABULOUS salon! First, can I say how clean and professionally decorated this salon is! The atmosphere is #1 class all the way. My appointment was with Trang and I love her already. Never in my life has anybody done my nails so fast and with such precision. The technique Trang used for my design is one she developed herself - she is a true creative artist. I've never been this thrilled with my nails, ever! I booked my next appointment before I left - BEST NAIL SALON IN WATERLOO REGION.

I've been going here for 3 years and have even moved to Toronto and still would come back to Ms Chin to get my hair and nails done. Its friendly, fun environment. Modern clean decor.
