Ive been searching for the right nail tech for years and found it here with Michael! Bounced from salon to salon while living in Toronto and Kitchener and hated my nails every time. I’m still shocked at how amazing they came out. I recommend bringing in a pic if you’re really anal like me, always helps

Although many would consider this a "chop shop", I still frequent this location due to it's convenient location.
Employees remember my face and what I usually have done. Once I even forgot my wallet and they let me leave and come back. That was more than I expected from a place with an almost "conveyor belt" feel.

I went in on Wednesday to get acrylics done for grad, and I asked for french tip acrylics, pretty basic. Then the lady asked me "do you want ombre?" and I was like yeah, thin they'd make them ombre from peach-pink to white, like what you get when you google ombre french tip acrylic nails, but when I got them done I asked the guy "hey this isn't ombre" then he replied "yes it is", and I got the lady over to explain "oh yeah we only do white ombre", which I would have said no to if she specified, she also gave attitude, and so did other employees. My bad for not having her specify how they were ombre before, but this is my first time, and they're supposed to be professionals, but clearly not. My nails are uneven, there's spots where you can clearly see my natural nail, because he went over the top with filing, he also made them too long, and when I asked for them to be shorter, he didn't make them shorter, he also decided to reorganize his case while he was putting them on, wasting my time. He also hurt me constantly, and when I asked him to please be more gentle, he hurt me more and laughed! When I was done I only had an hour and a half before I had to be at grad, and the lady said "oh, we can fix them" I said "well we don't have time so I guess I'll have to deal with these". I would attach photos but I'm on my computer since my nails are so long I can barely type on my phone! Part of it is my fault, but more is Le Nails fault! In the end the total was 60$ before tax, where did the extra 25$ come from? Also tipped the guy 5$ at the beginning, if we weren't so desperate to leave, I wish we did. Bad place, do not come here for your and your wallet's sake!

It took my daughter 60 minutes for acrylics and it was perfect. They weren't rushed and since we had an appointment 2 days before we got in right away.

Got a manicure/pedicure package for my wife as a gift. When she went to redeem they did the work but then followed her out to the parking lot to say she had not paid. She showed them the certificate that was provided to me from Le Nails and they said it didn't cover the full cost of the work and charged her an additional $15. The work done looks good, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. Will not be using them again.

I’ve been here many times before and never really had an issue but after my ‘fill’ tonight I will never be back. I came in with 2 nails missing but the rest all felt good my technician Matthew, I believe, told me another one had to be replaced which was fine. He then proceeded to extremely painfully rip off numerous others and give me a mess, painful and awkward ‘fill’. He never once asked if I liked the shape of my nails or if I liked the colour on (which actually looked very different from the sample). Once I was finished and went to pay he got into a very public argument with a couple of other technicians where I and the whole store found out because of how many he replaced/ripped off he should have done a full set which he had never once mentioned to me and I had just got one from this location 2 weeks ago! The whole situation was extremely uncomfortable, just get your nails done somewhere else.

I went to le nails for the first and only time on a Wednesday evening shortly after 5. I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was fine. The manicure was the biggest waste of my money and time. She rushed through it, did not shape my nails properly or some at all (3 nails had one sharp corner I could cut someone with and one rounded corners) and all of my nails were a different shape. My cuticle bled for quite awhile. I had also wanted any purple shade but every single shade I picked, they somehow did not have. If you don't have the colour, remove it from your options. The coats she put on did not meet up on the edges of my nail so you can see the different layers. And she did not leave me under the dryer long enough and rushed me out so someone else could sit under the dryer. Less than 24 hours later (16 hrs, in which I slept 8 and didn't do any dishes or anything that would cause chipping) my nails were already chipped. Now it's been 48 hours and all but 2 of my nails are chipped so badly it needs to be removed. I emailed them to ask for my money back. They said they would "do a fix". It is beyond fixing and needs to be removed completely. I won't be going back.

Took their time doing my nails but I wasn't there forever either – perfect balance. My nail artist did exactly as I described and the acrylic nails with shellac last forever! Definitely worth the $45.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE! Worst manicure ever. Got shellac and the girl dremelled it off at least 4 times after I had warned her in advance that I have oily nail beds and they normally have to put the shellac on thicker. So finally after 45 minutes of speaking to other employees in their language and taking it off and putting it back on the manager came over and had a "more experienced" girl put it on and it was put on quickly and thick. And only offered me $5 off. 👎🏼

The staff at Le Nails in the Sunrise Shopping Centre are amazing! Time and time again they surprise me. My experience every time is terrific. The staff knows me by name and there are times when all the customers are shouting and joking along with the staff. The pricing is great and if there is an issue with a nail early after being done they will take care of it without hesitation. Lee is always there to help you choose a colour when you can't.
The staff is top notch and I can't imagine ever cheating on my nail team. If you want your nails to be serious business, go here.

Always enjoy coming here for a pedicure and had another great experience today with two girlfriends. The massage chairs are comfortable and the service was excellent. Friendly, fast and enjoyable. Even my husband enjoys coming for a pedicure here, it's man friendly.

A plain white with a couple of flower designs ended up looking like a blurry disastrous flower.Although I made my complaint and the manager had it redone, the final result did not improve at all.Staff work quick+careless, always on their cellphone, can't communicate in english. Bathroom also used as kitchen and utensils warehouse; door always open so you can see what's happening in there. The Manager apologized and wanted to redoit for the 3rd time. Never again.

I got a manicure here, and it was the most rushed service I ever received and my polish looked sloppy. Asking to have polish fixed just made it look worse. Some pros: the prices were fair, ventilation was good, no appointment necessary. But I left unhappy, so I won't be returning.

I went in on Wednesday to get acrylics done for grad, and I asked for french tip acrylics, pretty basic. I’ve been here many times before and never really had an issue but after my ‘fill’ tonight I will never be back. I came in with 2 nails missing but the rest all felt good my technician Matthew, I believe, told me another one had to be replaced which was fine. He then proceeded to extremely painfully rip off numerous others and give me a mess, painful and awkward ‘fill’. He never once asked if I liked the shape of my nails or if I liked the colour on (which actually looked very different from the sample). Once I was finished and went to pay he got into a very public argument with a couple of other technicians where I and the whole store found out because of how many he replaced/ripped off he should have done a full set which he had never once mentioned to me and I had just got one from this location 2 weeks ago! I went to le nails for the first and only time on a Wednesday evening shortly after 5. I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was fine. The manicure was the biggest waste of my money and time. She rushed through it, did not shape my nails properly or some at all (3 nails had one sharp corner I could cut someone with and one rounded corners) and all of my nails were a different shape. My cuticle bled for quite awhile. I had also wanted any purple shade but every single shade I picked, they somehow did not have. If you don't have the colour, remove it from your options. The staff at Le Nails in the Sunrise Shopping Centre are amazing! Time and time again they surprise me. My experience every time is terrific. The staff knows me by name and there are times when all the customers are shouting and joking along with the staff.
