Unfortunately I did not have the best experience here. I went in for a 5pm appointment-I was even 15 minutes early-and I wasn’t seen until 5:35. Although the staff was quite nice, because we were running behind everything was rushed and it was nor pleasant or relaxing to be there. I received a normal pedicure, and I got gel nails on my hands. The work was a little sloppy (my cuticles were not taken care of and some nails square, other round) , again because of the rushing I assume. I also had to request that instead of normal polish she switch to shellac as I was now tight for time (shellac sets almost instantly, waiting for nails to dry could take 20 extra minutes). The good customer service thing to do would be to for-go the $5 charge for shellac but that wasn’t offered. I won’t be able to go here again because I paid $75 plus tax and even a tip (it’s not the lady who did my nails fault the salon was mismanaged) and in the end and I didn’t feel as it was money well spent.

I have been going to Kim for hair, for 12 years! I was in high school when I first discovered her. She is so talented, does exactly what I envision and works very fast! She is a true artist.

We had an appointment and didn’t get seated until 30 mins later even though we were 10 min early. So we waited around almost 45 mins. We came here for my sister to get her nails done for a daddy daughter dance the next day. They seated us together for our toes, then took my 9 year old sister to get her fingers done to sit by herself while my mom and I finished getting toes done... this was supposed to be an experience for her. We spoke up and said we wanted to stay together. But my sister was more than half way done because we were still in the middle of getting our toes done. Very bad experience. We will not come back.

Have been going there for 7 months faithfully. This last time I had them done was the day before going on a business trip. The tech did a very poor job as my s&s started to chip 3 days after having them done. Being out of town I took pictures of nails I had to hide my hands all week. Upon arriving back in Augusta I returned to salon with dated pictures showing Mimi the owner, my 7 messed up nails. She said “no problem we fix”. This lead me to believe they would fix at no charge. When I was ready to leave she charged me full price. When expressing my shock she said “ok $5 off”. They do not stand behind there work. Very upsetting as I was a loyal customer. Lost my future business!!

Hands down the best pedicure of my entire life!! Michael was amazing! One of my big toes was bothering me and turns out I had a ingrown toe nail- ewwww. He totally took care of it and I have the most glorious feet ever now! I hear Leo is the Nail God for hands as well. Can’t wait to go back and sit in his chair too. The salon is beautiful and super clean. The chick upfront was welcoming and completely on the ball with taking care of everyone quickly. I was fortunate to get in first thing this morning when I called but I definitely see why you need an appt later in the day. They are booked and rightfully so!

Although I really enjoy the work of the nail techs, especially Tiffany, who does fabulous work. The level of customer service and the management of the appointment book can use alot of improvement. Today was the 3rd time that I called to set an appointment for a service and ended up waiting more than 30 minutes after my set time to be serviced... last time I wasn't seen until an hour later. Today, I was so irritated that they didn't even have the decency to address the fact that they were running so far behind, I actually ended up walking out because I felt ignored. While I understand daily operation can be unpredictable, there is no reason why a loyal high paying customer should be brushed off or ignored when an appointment has been set ahead of time. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received today.

Treated my 7 year old daughter great as well while she got her nails done and she loved them. Love love love the new salon. So big and beautiful, complimentary drinks too! Mary is the best nail tech they have and anyone else who I have tried have messed my nails up. I told the owner on two occasions that I didn’t like my nails and her response was come back when Mary is here so she can fix for you. Mind you I pay 100 plus dollars every two weeks when I come. The owner is money hungry and does not care about her customers being satisfied. The shop is very nice and most of the techs are nice but their quality of work is not the best.

Loved my experience here. My friend and I walked in around 1:30pm on a Monday to get a mani/pedi. We were able to be seated next to each other while we got our pedicures and were offered a glass of wine, which was a nice touch. I believe Johnny did my pedicure and once I was done I actually had two ladies work on my nails. The salon had actually gotten really busy and the nail tech who was working with me had an appointment coming up so I switch over to Tiffany. Tiffany was super awesome, and did an amazing job on my chrome acrylic nails, and was very gentle. I would recommend making an appointment since they stay pretty steady. Thank you! I’ll be back!

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience here. I went in for a 5pm appointment-I was even 15 minutes early-and I wasn’t seen until 5:35. Although the staff was quite nice, because we were running behind everything was rushed and it was nor pleasant or relaxing to be there. I received a normal pedicure, and I got gel nails on my hands. The work was a little sloppy (my cuticles were not taken care of and some nails square, other round) , again because of the rushing I assume. I also had to request that instead of normal polish she switch to shellac as I was now tight for time (shellac sets almost instantly, waiting for nails to dry could take 20 extra minutes). Loved my experience here. My friend and I walked in around 1:30pm on a Monday to get a mani/pedi. We were able to be seated next to each other while we got our pedicures and were offered a glass of wine, which was a nice touch. I believe Johnny did my pedicure and once I was done I actually had two ladies work on my nails. The salon had actually gotten really busy and the nail tech who was working with me had an appointment coming up so I switch over to Tiffany.
