Went in for a mani/pedi. They didn’t take any of the dead skin off of my feet. What’s the point paying for a pedicure if they won’t do the job? Plus, I walked in with beautiful long natural nails. Honestly the best place I’ve been to to have my acrylic nails done and refilled. The technician takes time to shape the nail and is careful about how he applies the nail polish. Would highly recommend. Read Less

Really nice people. The person who did my nails really struggled with them and got nail polish all over my hands and spent the majority of time removing the nail polish and redoing her work. When I left I looked at my nails they looked very crappy and were bubbling. Honestly, would not recommend this place. Read Less

I really wanted to like this place since it's so close to my house and the prices are really good, but unfortunately I cannot say the same for the services I received. I went a day before prom to get a set of acrylic shellac nails. Knowing that the shellac is more expensive, I had high hopes for my nails. During my manicure, the man that did my nails not only made me bleed once but THREE times from filing my nails. He was extremely rough and aggressively moved my hands around while he was working on them. Definitely not the relaxing spa experience I was hoping for. Nails looked awful as well, they had dents in the sides from where they buffed them, if only I had a picture. The man that made me bleed 3 times didn't seem to care, never apologized or got more gentle after that. Didn't even clean the blood off which is disgusting. Worst experience ever! Went to get my nails done for my wedding, I showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails and they assured me that they could do it. WRONG... First I had to ask him to clean up my cuticles, then he telks me that is extra then he proceeds with tips and a top layer. All of which are varying thinness. The nails weren't even the right shape, none of the nails matched each other, he had no idea how to do actual design on the nails (the picture had pearls and a decal they were trying to apply a bunch of fake diamonds). But proceedwd to tell me it would be extra for all the diamonds. I asked him to stop because he didn't know how to do what I wanted and he kept insisting he did. I sat there for an hour and a half and didn't even get what the assured me they could do. When I refused to pay full the price they demanded for something they didn't do they threatened to call the police. I did pay because wasting police officers time over nails is ridiculous! To sum it up... they are completely incompetent and lie about what they actually can do. Paid $70 to come home and file my own nails to the shape they should have been and applied decals from the drug store. Nobody needs this crappy, especially a few days before their wedding! Read Less

Terrible terrible service. Made an apt for 12:30. Said to wait 10 mins turns into an hour. Just walked out because i had work at 2. Never experienced this kind of service at a nail salon in my life. Would not recommend for anybody. Total BS Read Less

I went for pedicure today and my feet are still the same. The lady rushed all time. I went there second time as first time visit was great. But this day was worst. I don't even feel I had pedicure done and still paid for it. I won't go again. Everyone's money earned is hard and I won't let it go waste anymore going there. Doesn't deserve any star. Read Less
