Very unhappy with the quality of my last shellac pedicure here. They did not seal the shellac properly at the end of the nail and it chipped within days.

It was alright at first, although I waited 45 minutes after my booked appointment due to it being busy I wasn’t too bothered. I ended up paying $50 & not getting what I asked for even after showing the employee a picture of what I wanted three times (clearly she was in a rush because it was a little busy). On top of that I had also booked time for pedicures, when I was done with my nails the lady said they don’t have time and space for my partners pedicure and said we should come back later. As I was paying a lady who walked in and had no appointment asked if they where free for a pedicure and they said yes! I found that extremely rude & unprofessional! Never wasting my time here again. Overpriced & not worth it.

Good service. Wish nails lasted longer though especially when paying so much. Daughter had a manicure and felt over charged as it was just a "fake" manicure..

Emily used to do my nails and she always did a great job. Recently I was seen by another lady and she did an awful job on my nails, I had glue all over my fingers and under my nails, the nails were too big on the sides and I actually had to file them down when I got home, and she didn’t paint my nails all the way to the cuticle so it looked like I needed to get another fill. Very disappointed. Some technicians do a better job than others. Won’t be back for that reason, sorry.

Sadly one of my acrylic nails chipped off. To my surprise a nice green blob of fungus was on my nail. The worst part is I went in to the salon to show the manger or owner and she lied to me and said that I had just banged my nail. I took off the rest of my nails and at the end of my apt the lady who removed them told me that I need to be careful because there was fungus on my nail. Then I proceeded to tell the manager and she still denied it. Wont be returning.

I got my nails done here and got a fungal infection under my acrylic nail, i noticed it about 10 days after i got my nails done. I was bored of the colour and was taking it off to put my own colour on when i noticed a big green spot. I spent hours taking the false nail off to reveal the infection on my nail 😞

I asked to get my fake nails off and get a manicure, I waited 30 mins even when I booked an appointent. When they started doing it, the lady couldn't even take them off. She kept pulling my finger and than she tried cutting it. But she missed and cut half my nail off. And then she didn't do anything and repainted over top of it. And not to mention she needed help so another person had to get them off.

Went there yesterday to get a fresh set of gel nails, I've been there before for a pedicure and they did a good job so I thought I'd try them again. I was there for about 45 minutes.The lady did an amazingly thorough job, spoke good English, and was very engaging and friendly. Hands down best nail set and service I've gotten in Kitchener. Will definitely be returning.

It was alright at first, although I waited 45 minutes after my booked appointment due to it being busy I wasn’t too bothered. I ended up paying $50 & not getting what I asked for even after showing the employee a picture of what I wanted three times (clearly she was in a rush because it was a little busy). Sadly one of my acrylic nails chipped off. To my surprise a nice green blob of fungus was on my nail. I asked to get my fake nails off and get a manicure, I waited 30 mins even when I booked an appointent. When they started doing it, the lady couldn't even take them off. Went there yesterday to get a fresh set of gel nails, I've been there before for a pedicure and they did a good job so I thought I'd try them again. I was there for about 45 minutes.The lady did an amazingly thorough job, spoke good English, and was very engaging and friendly. Hands down best nail set and service I've gotten in Kitchener. Will definitely be returning.
