This is a very unprofessional place. I made an appointment and they over booked themselves, meanwhile only two ladies were working. The ladies were rude and waited 15 mins before closing to do my pedicure. I just ended up leaving. I won’t be returning. I am extremely disappointed in the service i received yesterday. I went in for a gel fill and the short Chinese lady sat me down at a station and left me sitting there for atleast 45mins ! she went ahead and ate her lunch and 2 walk ins had came and she immediately sat them down and started on them. Keep in mind that i had a appointment. After waiting she started doing my nails. She was very rough and rude and when i told her she was cutting into my nail bed she acted like she didnt know English. Half way through my nails I asked if I could get my Eyebrows waxed and she told me they did not do that here even though they have it on the sign. When she was putting the top coat on my nails there was a bump and I asked her if she could fix it and she said. "honey it looks good" it did not look good!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!!!!! Went here to get my legs waxed for the first time ever and it was an extremely painful experience. At first, the business seemed quite clean and professional but unfortunately, the worker left several areas of my legs with unwaxed hair. They had trouble waxing my legs in general and said that my hairs were "too thick". I paid $40 for both upper and lower legs and yet they barely waxed my thigh area at all! Not to mention that they did not provide me with any shorts to wear (luckily I brought my own). At the end of the service, they ran out of oil and they used some off brand lotion to remove the wax (WHICH DID NOT WORK). I had to put my skinny jeans back on and literally cut them off of my legs when I got home because they stuck to the wax. I spent an hour in the shower trying to get the wax off with various oils and soaps to no success. By the end of the service, my legs were super red, irritated with bumps, and had little cuts all over for weeks. The worker also left me waiting in the room several times and would not warn me when they were about to wax different sections. Overall, very rough and unprofessional service. Tried to stay positive and friendly throughout, but it was hard to understand their accent. WORST nail place. Do Not go here. The rudest people I have ever met. They wrecked my nails. The woman drilled right through my real nails(skin is exposed) while getting acrylic nails put on. Offered me no discount.. It didn't even bother them how bad they did to my nails. I still have pain and this was two weeks ago. You will regret going here. I know I am. I will not recommend this Salon to anyone. The service alone was unprofessional and after having an appointment for 2 people we were treated as an inconvenience. The manicurists kept leaving our nails unfinished to go start walk-ins. Our whole process of a simple Manicure and a solar nails set took over 2 hours because of this. My friend's French manicure needed be redone. The nails were not cleanly painted, drips, and no clear straight lines for the tips. My friend needed to ask the manicurist to change her gloves after she left her sitting there to go do a pedicure and grate skin off someone's foot. The manicurist came back and tried to take my friends hand to continue working on her nails. That is gross and unsanitary. In discussion with the manager a discount was offered however, that was not the issue. They were horrible. They nails were redone with a full coat instead. My solar nails did look awesome, however the electric file cut into my skin cutting me twice. However, less than a week later I have been to another salon to repair two nails that have honestly disintegrated . I wear gloves to do dishes and clean and the only water was when I bathe. The place was nicely finished and friendly staff but they aren't trained well enough to safely give a pedicure. They were using the sanding stone on me and she went too hard for too long and cut me open on my ankle! I was so angry and they didn't give me the pedicure at a discounted price or apologize. I got acrylic nails with schellac on top and they are gorgeous the workers are up for a small conversation but are mostly focused on the nails,very friendly nail artists .The nails turned out exactly how I wanted them cause after every step she stops and asks you if there is anything you would like to change.Overall good nail salon would and will definitely go again. Horrible experience. Took my mom for Mother's Day and yes they took us in without an appointment but the pedicures came out very sloppy. Nail polish application was worse then what a 2 year old could do. Nails were cut uneven and shapeless. Feet were left super dry. It didn't even look like we went for a professional service. Second time now that I've not been happy. Saturday the girl I had seemed new but I'm not sure. Usually if you're new, you take your time. Not this one. She rushed through, my nails weren't even fully painted and she skipped some things they usually do. Also, my nails were so poorly filed and cut irregular. She also kept getting up during my manicure. I wasn't sure what was going on. She didn't put hand lotion on my hands even and my fingers were very dry at the end of it. I asked if they had some hand lotion while paying and she put some on her hands and rubbed my finger tips. It was very odd. I don't understand why she was rushing as they weren't that busy. Had a great experience at holly wood nails on the board walk. I got the shellac manicure which was done by Harry. He did a fantastic job on my nails especially with shaping them. This is my second time visiting and on my first visit my shellac lasted 3 weeks without chipping or peeling! Read Less

Horrific!  I went for a pedicure and left with a enormous wound on my foot.  The 'tech' had scrubbed an uncalloused spot until it was raw and bleeding.  When she noticed it, she told me I had sensitive feet and continued the pedicure.  I had to ask her to treat it with something, as it was open and bleeding. I paid and left only to return a couple of hours later when I realized how deep the cut was and how painful it was to walk (the spot is on the side of my foot near my heel).  They returned half of my money and told me that it 'wasn't her fault because I have sensitive skin.' Unfortunately, the truth is she was mindlessly scrubbing away at my foot and talking to the girl next to her.  It's almost a week later and I'm still treating a deep and infected wound. I'm aware that little nicks and cuts can happen during a pedicure, but this is a gaping wound. I would not recommend stepping foot into this disgusting establishment. Read Less
