I have been going here for a while, and the service was always poor but the results were decent. Yesterday I called to make an appointment for 4:30, and the lady who answered the phone rushed me and never asked my name before saying she would see me at 4:30. She also said on the phone that I would be in and out within an hour. When I came to my appointment I had to wait 5 minutes to be greeted and was then told I hadn’t scheduled an appointment, which I did. I was seated behind 3 other women waiting for their appointments they scheduled at 4:00. Two more people came in with appointments at 4:30, which were also not recorded. I waited until 5:00 before I left, as I had still not been helped. Will not be returning, absolutely horrible customer service. Read Less

Since they were new and close to work, I was thrilled! Sadly, after several months of disappointment not going back. I never give reviews but I am now. For shellac they grind your own nails down too much every time. Obviously this is a time saver on their end. Something about their entire shellac process is wrong because time and time again it doesn't last more than 10 days. Been getting my nails done shellac for a number of years and lasted 3 weeks easily. Don't waste your hard earned money here! Sorry. Wish I had a positive thing to say! Read Less

Used to LOVE going here and had gel nails. Always booked for the next session for two weeks time. A man working there was writing down my next appointment on a piece of paper as their calendar had run out - I knew something would go wrong. Sure enough, show up early on a Saturday morning (for opening essentially) to be told I had no appointment - so they didn't transfer the appointments into their calendar. Friends have complained about the workers stealing their jewelry, talking about them and not honouring appointments - I haven't gone back after being treated so rudely - and I was a regular customer. I love going to Future Nails. The owner Tracey and her staff are always very friendly and professional. They all say hello when I come in and are very welcoming. Tracey always does a wonderful job on my nails and I'm very happy with the service and also the reasonable prices. I also enjoy the pedicures there which includes a lower leg and foot massage. Horrible experience at this place. Owner and staff are very rude. Worst customer experience we have ever had. When we told the owner that we experienced bad customer service he told us to leave and did not want to hear about how rude his staff was to my daughter. I cannot believe how some businesses treat their customers and people still continue to go back. We are now starting to hear about all the bad experience others are having as well. My daughter and her friend were dropped off for an appointment. The ladies at the salon totally ignored them and took other clients instead of them. the girls waited over an hour while other people that arrived after them were seen. the girls left and felt that the workers totally took advantage because they were young. This was the second and last bad experience that we have had at Future nails and will definetley not return in the future ! Probably the worst customer experience we have ever had. The workers yell at my 14 year old daughter and were very rude. We thought our daughter may have been exaggerating until my wife took her in the next time. My wife left with my daughter and did not get the nails done and will never go back again. After spreading the word about this place at gatherings, all our friends said they went their once and will never go back as well. They do a horrible job but even worse is that they are very rude to young girls. I heard that they even speak their language and make fun of their customers the entire time, but I dont know the language but am only going on hearsay. There are alot of different places to get nails done, so why would anyone go here to be treated like dirt. If I could select 0 stars I would. Poorest of poor customer service. Read Less

I went in for a pedicure today and they did a fantastic job! They provided a hot stone massage on my calves and feet, which I've never had anyone else do for a pedicure. Very reasonably priced too! I'll definitely be going back. Read Less

I have come here 4 times.The first time, my experience was just OK. The young lady was quite rough and all the staff speak Vietnamese to each other so that is awkward. It was close by and convenient.The second time, I had a gentleman and I could see where the previous layer of my nails was. Not happy.The third time, I made an appt and waited over 30 minutes to get started as they accept walk-ins constantly.Te fourth time, with an appt and having explained at the time I called in about my previous visit and the wait, I was assured it wouldn't happen again. I went in and sure enough, 45 minutes later I was sitting there with 3 other women and they were STILL taking walk-ins and saying it would be '10 min wait". I had to leave to catch a flight with disgusting looking nails.They are very greedy and will not turn business away, I get wanting to grow your business, but this is unethical and they do not do a stellar job to begin with. Told them I wanted a nail colour change when I booked appointment and again when arrived. Price should have been $18. The place was recently opened, previously was a dog grooming business.Future Nails is very spacious, clean, bright, modern and with ample seating. The waiting area is decorated with contemporary accent chairs that provided a nice cozy feeling. It was nice that they provided Samsung tablets for enjoyment when sitting at the drying station. Location-wise, it is a bit out of the way; by Golf Steakhouse, but it is fine for neighbours in the area and people who have access to vehicles. The bus stop is also right by for anyone who takes public transit.I arrived at 11AM with no appointment and had a regular mani-pedi. The girl was quick, gentle and provided a satisfactory service. I liked the fact that she fixed the chip in my one nail with little fuss. She was also fast to act when I smudged one of my nails and needed a touchup. My cuticles are adequately clean and although there are a few spots here and there, its still nicely cleaned up.The girls do not provide much in conversation and my handler was on her phone for the majority of my pedi. They are prompt to provide you with answers though. The shop does get quite a bit of foot traffic so you won't have to fill awkward in a quiet shop.Overall a good place with above average service and results.
