They suck. This is my fifth time going there getting gel nails and they break within less than a week. I think this place is going down in service and quality. I won’t return. Been going for 2 years solid and last few times poor quality polish and I got a nail fungus on my toes. They need to get bags for their foot tubs. Other places have them now. I’m going there and they prob don’t use cheap polish. Manicure yesterday and it’s chipped today. Not happy. Read Less

The girl who did my nails was very rude-she didn't say a word to me the entire time, she would swat my hand away when she was done, and was speaking in another language and laughing the entire time to the girl beside me... it was very clear they were talking about clients. She put me at the drying station and then never came back to check on me. My nails smudged a day later and my polish is a mess after only a few days. I called ahead of time the week before, orignally they told me over the phone that it would be 40 dollars for gel nails and shallic as well as pedicure. When I paid for the service it ended up being 88 dollars. I was under the impression that it was only going to be 40 dollars. I do not understand where the extra money came from. They lied over the phone and I am very upset that I had to pay that much. Next this salon should clairify and post the prices of the different nail services. Read Less

Love this nail salon!! Staff are professional, skilled and always available to take walk in's and last minute appointments. I feel comfortable when I go here, they always have music playing and offer free wifi. Read Less

My friend told me to try this place as she has had great experiences with them. I was unhappy with my last place. Anyhow this place would have got a full 5 stars for being on time for my appointment and the job done also the technician. Very good! However due to someone who works or owns the place decided to have their 2 little boys there gaming or videos or something that was very loud as was one of the children I was unable to unwind. I pay for a babysitter to go get nails done and sometimes a pedi this is what I like to call me time. I know my friend goes during the day I'm not always able to do this. I would fully recommend this place 100% but not sure about evenings if your like me and trying to get away from the kiddos. I may give it one more try but not sure. Read Less

I've been going to Hat's Off since they started on Suave Rd. I Love the atmosphere, all of the stylist treat me like family. My stylist Connie that does my hair does a fabulous job while we chat about our families, grand kids and just life in general. It's like every 2-3 months it's like I'm going to visit an old best friend. I would suggest Hat's Off Salon to anyone looking for a great stylist! Read Less
