I would highly recommend not coming here. I walked in and got fake acrylic nails put on. The lady doing my nails was so rough and unprofessional. She laughed at me when I told her what I wanted done. I paid 45 dollars for a crappy job. Never again will I come here. Read Less

I went this week and had the worst experience I ever had in Kingston. I went for a mani-pedi, and I don’t have a single bad thing to say about the girl who did my pedicure but for the one who did my manicure.. she was so rude, barely talking and kept pulling my fingers pretty hard. When I went to pay, she told me it was 75$ and when I told her I wanted to pay by credit, she augmented the price to 85$. I didn’t have cash on me so didn’t really have the choice, so when I put my credit card in, it didn’t work and she said “no debit” really rudely. I specified to her that I wanted to pay by credit, anyway, I ended up paying by cash going to an ATM, but a 10$ fee to use their debit machine is way excessive. Horrible Customer Service. Audacious. I made an appointment for 4:30pm for a pedicure and then a manicure. Waited 25 minutes PAST my appointment time, then was put in the foot bath and waited another 25 minutes in there. When I finally realized I wasn't going to see service anytime soon I got up to leave and one of the employees said "I will only be 5 more minutes." I advised her I had already waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and I was going to make an appointment elsewhere. The owner watched me leave. They have my phone number, yet they have made ZERO effort to rectify the situation, fix their reputation. I will ensure everyone knows how they operate. Read Less

Staff is super polite, friendly and welcoming. They didn't try to push any extras onto my appointment, and were very clear from the start with regards to what their prices are. The young woman that did my nails paid super close attention to detail and we exchanged really nice conversation. Will definitely be going back, great service. Read Less

I have only ever gone here twice and both times were for leg waxes. The first time I went I had a Canadian female who waxed my legs and did an ok job but she has since quit. The second time I went I called and booked an appointment for a leg wax I showed up 15 mins before the appointment started at 9:30am and the store was closed. The people showed up almost 30 minutes late to work fully knowing they had three 9:30am appointments. When I went into the room to get waxed the wax was not even heated so I had to wait another 15-20 minutes except when the girl put the was on my legs it was not even nearly hot enough and it kept really hurting me when she would try to pull it down my legs. She would push hard against my legs and pull and the wax barely came out and onto my leg. She then proceeded to wax my legs being the MOST PAINFUL wax I have EVER recieved. She never once cleaned her hands off so the wax that stuck to her hands then stuck to me when she would put her hands on my legs to help wax the tougher areas. At some points she even had to go and put the wax in a microwave to heat it up again because it went cold from not being heated up properly. My legs were still COVERED in hair and I had to go home and use my own electric hair tweezer thing to do it myself after the wax because she did such a bad job. She kept saying it wasn't working right because my legs hair was too short and it was my own fault. I get my legs waxed every month to 2 months so I know how long my hair has to be and it was long enough. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE who is looking for a full leg wax. She left bruises on my legs and my legs were SOOOO itchy for almost 2 weeks after the wax no matter how much exfoliating and lotioning I did to my legs. The girl cut me several times, I had to skip the hand cream treatment because it was getting in my cuts and hurt, the white girl was also very very rude and said "are you kidding me?"
