I LOVE Lily Nails! It’s always clean, and the staff is so friendly and professional. I love my nails every time I go, and they have more colours to choose from than I’ve ever seen!

The staff are the most friendly people I’ve ever encountered at at nail salon , and actually talk to their customers. They are professional , safety conscious and make my nails look amazing. Their prices are also very reasonable. Have already sent 2 good friends here and would recommend them to anyone

Got a mani/pedi from Jenny. Massages were disappointing, nail polish was old and thick and started chipping after an hour, cuticles are shredded. Next.

Been going to Lily’s for quite along time and always was happy, but lately they have been chipping with in a week of having them done .. this has happened the last 2 fills.

Terrible. Bookwd an appt for my mom and I and we were basically forgotten. Took four different girls to complete one set of nails. Up to 12 ladies working and most were miserable. Security cameras...
Terrible. Bookwd an appt for my mom and I and we were basically forgotten. Took four different girls to complete one set of nails. Up to 12 ladies working and most were miserable. Security cameras every two feet- very weird for a nail place.

I have not had a negative experience with Lily's. I was recommended them years ago by a friend, took a chance and will not leave. They have a relaxed, clean, and organized environment. The staff are friendly and do exactly what you ask for. They have good prices and are clear about incremental changes to the costs. I enjoy my visits and feel like I get what I pay for. ☺
