STAY AWAY! Don't waste your time or money. I had shellac done and she only applied one coat so you can see the brush strokes and my nail bed. the polish job is so bad that it already looks like a weeks worth of nail growth when it's only been 3 days!!! When I complained to the lady who was working on my nails she just laughed at me and said that's the color you choose (I chose Black!) I should have refused to pay for the crappy job she did. Also they are not clean. The files and buffer used to file my nails was old and looked like it had been used multiple times. You've been warned to stay away from this place. Read Less

Unprofessional service from the moment I walked in. I was a little surprised when I noticed the litter strewn floor and as I was sitting down I heard what sounded like nail instruments being cleaned (?) under running water. I had asked for a French manicure - the white Sally Hansen nail polish used was old, dried out, lumpy and the brush was so mangled the lady had to use the brush from another polish. Whilst turning the mini fan on to dry my nails she touched my thumb nail against the fan. She attempted to "pat" the damaged polish down and unevenly globbed on more white polish. I was then left to fan dry my nails while she and another employee soaked their feet and gave themselves pedicures!! (I noticed during this drying time the pumice sponge that had just been used to scrub a lady's feet was then used to "clean" out the foot soaking basin and thrown back into a plastic dollar store basket - obviously to be used on the next client). The two employees continued on with their pedicures, played on their cell phones and chatted in their language - completely ignoring myself and two other clients waiting for the only other lady working. After half an hour of fan drying, patiently waiting for the lady doing my nails to finish her own pedicure and playing on her cell phone, I interrupted her phone texting to say my nails were dry. The manicure was a write off. I do NOT recommend this place. Don't waste your money or your time. I would give this "salon" a zero star rating if I could.Read Less

I honestly wish you could give a review with O stars. I'm sorry but the customer service was horrible, the owner (I'm assuming, a man in a suit who sat behind the front counter), was rude and just seemed annoyed everytime we tried to get an answer (no it wasn't a language barrier problem). On top of this the hygienic practices seemed sketchy at best. Pedicure was nice but the polish job was awful, sat there for almost an hour waiting for it to try or for someone to tell me, both techs were in the back getting ready to leave for the day by the looks of it. Owner told me if I wanted to leave check my polish myself, and leave whenever I wanted. Will not be going back or recommending. Read Less

Awful! Awful! Awful! I wish I could give zero stars! We only went because my friend had a gift certificate... The staff was so rude and honestly I wish I took a better look around before I sat down the place just seemed dirty. I didn't realize until after when the "nail tech" was tidying up that the pumice stones and files she had just used on me all looked like they had definetly been used on previous customers! On top of that grossness the staff left and went into the back room without saying a word and never came back to check our nails to see if they were dry, we asked the man at the front and his response was "I don't know, you touch them and see"...What a joke!!!! I came her two weeks ago as it is close to my home...what a mistake!!! I will continue to drive to best nails across town!! I walked in to see if they do gel and they did there was only one lady and a male(assuming owner). jacket on sitting st front he never even greeted me. I said I would come back. when I came back there were two girls and asked what I wanted. I told them my old set removed and a new set of gel and shellac on. the one who first spoke to me looked annoyed and was talking to the other lady in a different lady which sounded like she didn't want to do me and wanted the lady that came in behind me for a pedicure. Well she got stuck with me. not once did she say hi or look at me. the nails were on crooked and she got glue on my finger tips. when she was doing shellac a lady came in for waxing, she left me sitting there for 20 min. I said aloud, am I done!!?? yes!! no you need to put rubbing alcohol on them don't you!!? she never came back out and said I was done. I paid, no tip and that isn't like me. as soon as I got into car he Polish smudged on all my nails. I was so upset!!! Thank you so much for my beautiful nails Jillian. As a hairdresser my time out for relaxation is getting my nails done. I have never felt so welcome and relaxed while getting my nails done. Having spent years having my nails machined down to paper thin flakes that hurt and we're never quite right it was such a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to be in your chair today. My nails are beautiful and perfect in every way. The care and attention you put in to my nails (and hands) made for a divine experience and the mini hand massage at the end was the icing on the cake.
