I'm literally so torn between this review. The girls were very nice and soft spoken and I LOVED the place. Everything was clean and pretty and bright. I'm conflicted as the original girl who was shaping my nails got bullied into servicing this lady who was upset because she couldn't make her appointment yesterday but wanted to get her nails done today. Go figure. So the front desk girl took over and she was inexperienced as hell. First she made my cuticles bleed by pulling waay too hard. Secondly, she painted my nails and there's so many bumps :( my nails aren't smooth at all. But she was trying so hard. She painted 3 coats on my nails and she was so sweet. I love my nails from a distance. But if you look close :(They also did offer me a free drink but after the bully lady came in, they didn't have anybody on the floor to bring drinks from next door. Just had a great experience today! I took my best friend who was visiting from Toronto. She got a shellac mani/pedi and I got a shellac mani. They worked at a nice pace - no rushing through. I usually take awhile to decide on a colour and that was no problem! We were offered great tea, the owner was friendly and very personable. The ladies were all very nice too, a nice relaxing environment. My friend was happy with her nails and the experience and so was I. I will definitely be back, and am interested to try one of their group packages which includes food from the restaurant next door! I had shellac manicure and regular pedicure by Vivian. Both were bizarrely done. The shellac was thick and ugly; fell apart within less than a week while I was away. Limited shellac light natural colors. The pedi was also thick. Zero for the service. The two stars are for the place, which is spacious and clean. Not coming back though.Read Less

I absolutely LOVE Little Saigon. I'm blown away every time by the hospitality they show every guest at their salon. Every single time I visit, they have been nothing but professional and welcoming. Every time the owners, Anna & Tommy, greet me and make me feel at home. They serve complimentary drinks and appetizers while you're getting your treatment. The whole team is professional and thorough. The salon is extremely clean. It is so refreshing to find a nail salon with such amazing people and commitment to their trade. They stayed an hour after closing to accommodate the services I wanted to get done. I had a foot massage with Yumi and her massage techniques are great. You can tell she really loves her job and is very service oriented. I had my nails done by Christine and the owner for a shellac mani...cure. The work was done extremely well. And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Tom, the owner's husband gave me a food menu and sent me complimentary appetizer of my choice plus a drink of choice from the Little Saigon Restaurant next door . The food was healthy and super tasty! I had the rice rolls with shrimp and beef as well as the ginger and honey tea complimentary on the house. I own a spa myself and realize how important the small touches are to show that you really care for your clients and I was so impressed. One of the few salons that actually disinfect and fully sterilize their equipment. The first time I'd gone there, the nail technician proudly showed me their autoclave and over the course of my 1hr visit, I didn't see one nail tech reusing her tools on different clients. Very impressive. My nail tech was very thorough and asked for my feedback during my entire shellac manicure. She even fixed up a nail for me without hesitation when I pointed out a minor flaw. The owner himself was very lovely, greeted me personally as I came in and even brought me a complimentary coffee while I had my nails done! While it is a little more than what I was used to paying ($40/full shellac French tip) I think it is more than fair for the level of cleanliness, service and skill. I will definitely go back.
