Horrible! left me with crooked lopsided brows after waxing. i asked for light clean up. i could feel when she made the oops and ripped the tail of my eyebrow so thin it has to be filled now. with a light clean up they changed the shape so one is arched and one is straight across giveing the appearence to have some muscular issue as it looks droopy of one eye and thin patchy areas in the other brow. non professionalthat should not be offering serviceservice they dont know how to preform. Tom & All the ladies make a huge effort to make everyone feel comfortable when they come get their nails done. I have been a regular client for about 8 months now and won't go anywhere else in Georgetown to get my nails done. They are reasonably priced, very clean and have a ton of colours to choose from. On top of that, all of the ladies are friendly and it is very easy to carry on a conversation with them. Tom and Tracy are super nice and make every visit a great one. Everyone who you get does an exceptional job on my nails. The salon is very clean and the atmosphere is very warm. I had the best experience here today when I got my nails done! Tracy did my nails and they turned out better than I imagined. Everyone chatted with each other through out the salon like we were all friends. All their technicians were kind and very experienced at their job. The salon also had so many colours to choose from! I thought all weekend about writing this review, and because I am so upset and quite frankly feel extrmely disrespected I felt it necessary to share my experience. Before I go into why I am so upset, I will start my sharing my background at Pink. I've been a loyal customer since not long after they opened, I've received many services frequently from Tracy, the owner, such as waxing, full sets, refills, pedicures, eye brows etc. I've referred three co workers and two family me...mbers to this establishment and have spoken nothing but great things to others about this salon. My most recent, and unfortunately most likely will be my last appointment my total was $65 before tax. I have their stamp card and had two $30 stamps left to receive $5 off. As my total was over $60, I asked Tracy while I was paying to apply the $5 off. We had a "harmless" discussion as to why I should/shouldn't be entitled to the $5 off and when she adjusted my total she looked at me and proceeded to ask me: "So , is money tight this month or something?" I was so shocked and so angry. I have never been asked such an ignorant question in my entire life. I asked 6 people if my feelings were appropriate, or if I was over reacting before posting this review. I'm not taking away from the quality of their services but I hope this is a lesson learned that you cannot speak to people that way. Today I was at the jewelry place at Georgetown Marketplace and the first thing they noticed were my nails...i had to admit it's been a month since I had my shellac done...went to Punta Cana and got it soaked in salty waves and it it is still intact! ...they comment that where they go, they are lucky if their shellac lasts a week! My sister and I went to Pink nails for the first time the other evening. We both frequently have our nails done and heard good things about this location so decided to give it a try. I had the bio sculpture done and my sister had a pedicure and manicure with shellac. Their attention to detail and the time they took was incredible. I normally have my nails done out of town, and i will now be a loyal customer to Pink. Tracey did a fantastic job and was extremely helpful and informative. Even though when asked which gel I preferred, i simply said the better one- she took the time to educate me on the differences between gel quality as well as the price before we began so that i could make an informed decision. My sister told me it was the best pedicure she has ever had- our nails look fantastic! I highly reccommend them and will be telling all of my friends. Thank you for the great experience! Read Less
