My 1st time getting a bikini wax and I would honestly go back again! I told Mary it was my first time and she was very professional about it! Told me the steps she was going to do, distracted me by having a conversation and honestly? I have low pain tolerance and this did not hurt!! I was extremely amazed by how quick, easy and painless it was! I highly recommend going to the waxing clinic! clean, easy to locate (although they are moving) and very professional! I'm going back again!! thank you so much Mary for a painless experience!❤

Mary is fabulous! The clinic is clean, friendly and very accommodating with respect to appointments. I have been going for years and Mary is the best!

Staff are super nice and easy to chat with. Salon is very clean. I can't say how their waxing services are, but I got a shellac manicure which is supposed to last 2 weeks minimum, they started chippin...
Staff are super nice and easy to chat with. Salon is very clean. I can't say how their waxing services are, but I got a shellac manicure which is supposed to last 2 weeks minimum, they started chipping and peeling within 2 days. I've heard great things about their waxing though, so maybe just stick with that.

Took forever to get ahold of somebody for an appt. Had to wait longer than I wanted to for the appt I needed. I mentioned that the day they booked me was the absolute last day I could do it. Then canc...
Took forever to get ahold of somebody for an appt. Had to wait longer than I wanted to for the appt I needed. I mentioned that the day they booked me was the absolute last day I could do it. Then cancelled the day of my appt, with no compensation other than they would offer the same price on a different day. No good to me as I am leaving to go on a long awaited vacation and I fee honouring the same price would be a given. The ironic thing is they charge their clients full price for having to cancel their appts on short notice. No responsibility or accountability on their part. They made it clear they don't want me, or the people who asked me to let them know how I like it, as a client.

My 1st time getting a bikini wax and I would honestly go back again! I told Mary it was my first time and she was very professional about it! Told me the steps she was going to do, distracted me by having a conversation and honestly? I have low pain tolerance and this did not hurt!! Staff are super nice and easy to chat with. Salon is very clean. I can't say how their waxing services are, but I got a shellac manicure which is supposed to last 2 weeks minimum, they started chipping and peeling within 2 days.
