I really loved the modern, clean, friendly atmosphere. I got the gel mani done and I had a little bit of a wait, even with booking an appointment (on a Saturday afternoon), which was fine - I always take a while to choose a colour anyway! Of note, the sample key chains were beautifully organized and colour-coordinated, so it made it easy to find what I was looking for! The mani took longer than usual (about an hour), but they really took care of you. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are offered and there is a super cute selection of mini-bottles of wine or beer (I didn't order or check the prices, though). The manicurist was super chatty and friendly, which was a lot of fun. The manicure itself wasn't the best I've gotten. Some of the layers look cracked or you can see where one layer stops before the end of the nail. On one of my nails, the top coat was hanging over my cuticle and I had to file it down, but it ended up leaving a chipped portion on the side of my nail that I'm expecting to crack open sooner than it should. She also cut into one of my cuticles pretty badly. It wasn't bleeding, but stung when it came into contact with something and is still pretty tender. Overall, I would definitely recommend here for the experience, not if you're looking for an in-and-out touch up. I get waxed very regularly. I usually love the 10 spot in Toronto but was in Guelph so it worked well to go there. Two problems: the attitude from the receptionist. I think she may have been a weekend manager or something. The second was the technician. She was very inexperienced. Some hair was torn, resulting in hair growth a few days later. She also missed a spot, and I didn't notice till I left. I came back 10 minutes later to see if someone could quickly fix it. The receptionist told me she could book it in for the next day however this was not an option as I live out of town. She shrugged and more or less said "oh wel" My bill was $170. Way over priced for the poor quality of service. I will not return. Read Less

I love that they use hard wax for brazilian waxing. Really good service, clean and with Netflix available so you can focus on your favorite TV series instead of the pain. :) It's more expensive then other places but totally worth it. Read Less

Overall great experience. Amanda does a fantastic job threading (big relief for those who are unable to wax!) & is friendly & considerate with pricing. The receptionist squeezed me in for a last minute appointment when nothing was available online. The studio has good music too & is clean. Read Less
