I used to love going here, nice friendly. Until my mom sister and niece had an appointment and I had to bring my boys. As we were leaving my friend came in and said they all complained I brought my boys with me. I understand people want piece and quiet but to complain to all the customers when I leave! I went there a few times (in a span of 2 years) just because they were 2 minutes from my house. I think the owners name is Helen. She is loud and horrible. The pic attached are nails done yesterday, the top coat was slopped on like mashed potatoes and their nail polishes were all old and crusty. Gave this place enough chances . Last time i went the owner put me with a new girl in training an she did a horrible new set of gel nails . On top of it when i told the owner i didnt like how the girl was doing my nails she tried convincing me the girl was good and knew what she was doing even though my nails look like total garbage . They are the thickest most uncomfortable chunky looking ugly gel nails . My bad luck didnt stop there though, she cut the bottom of my cuticle with the drill and it was bleeding and she kept going over it even though i told her it hurt . Like wtf ? So next was my waxing i told the lady just do in between my eyebrows not touch my actual brows, she convinced me to do a clean up so i said fine . Bad mistake that was , she put the wax too low on my eyelid an when she ripped the strip of wax off she took some of my skin with it . Then to make my day complete she blamed it on me and said i was opening my eyes. Really? u think im going to keep my eyes open while im getting waxed? If i could give O stars i would. My bill was huge an so not worth what i had done id rather go elsewhere an pay a bit more . I also still left tips because thats the nice person i am NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Read Less
