I have never had any issues with Jen. My husband did have a pedicure done by Kathy which he said she was a little vicious ( it was his first ever pedicure) and had cut him at one point, He did bleed but just a wee bit, but his toe was sore for a couple of weeks.

I agree with the other negative reviews. They filed my nail down too low at my first visit which made my nails incredibly thin and red which hurt for weeks after the fake nails came off, but my second visit was what made me decide I will never go back. There was no one waiting, but my entire cleaning was rushed and to make matters worst I was cut in three different places to the point that there was blood. To say the least, I'm highly disappointed with this place and would not recommend.

I agree with the other negative reviews for this nail salon. I went for a manicure and they tried to up-sell me, which is fairly standard, but when she realized that I would not be purchasing more than just a manicure, she acted very cold and rushed through the manicure, for it to chip the next day. Very frustrating for something that you paid good money for. I will not go back. There are many other nail salons in the area - I would suggest trying ANY of them over this one or you will be disappointed with a poor quality job. I gave this place one star because I had to, if I could give them 0 starts I would

Service was okay. Quality of nails was beyond terrible. 2/3 of my nails snapped off after 3 days, had to pay to get them fixed. They all broke off 2 days after that. Got the nail extensions removed an...
Service was okay. Quality of nails was beyond terrible. 2/3 of my nails snapped off after 3 days, had to pay to get them fixed. They all broke off 2 days after that. Got the nail extensions removed and tech filed my nails down so paper thin they were raw and red. Nails are completely destroyed now and must wait up to 6 months before they grow out semi decently. *biogel and shellac with tips extensions* would rate 0 if I could

Booked an appointment here today, first time going there & I will for sure be going back! Great prices, friendly staff & my nails look amazing. For sure better than Nails For You. My nails turned out way better than I thought they were going to. Definitely going to be a regular here. Plus they are really flexible with appointment times.

They filed my nail down too low at my first visit which made my nails incredibly thin and red which hurt for weeks after the fake nails came off, but my second visit was what made me decide I will never go back. There was no one waiting, but my entire cleaning was rushed and to make matters worst I was cut in three different places to the point that there was blood. To say the least, I'm highly disappointed with this place and would not recommend.

I agree with the other negative reviews for this nail salon. I went for a manicure and they tried to up-sell me, which is fairly standard, but when she realized that I would not be purchasing more than just a manicure, she acted very cold and rushed through the manicure, for it to chip the next day. Very frustrating for something that you paid good money for. I will not go back. There are many other nail salons in the area - I would suggest trying ANY of them over this one or you will be disappointed with a poor quality job.
