I didn’t like the job they did wasn’t the shape (she did two different shapes) or color I wanted even after I showed her a picture. She didn’t tell me the price until after she did what she wanted. Yesterday was the first time I had ever been to Diamond Salon, and I loved it. The setting was great, there wasn't a bunch of people, and my nails looked great. I got a pedicure with gel. Charged $50 and gave a $10 tip. I got the full service, scrub, hot towels and hot stone massage, as well as the gel polish. I didn't catch his name but mine was done by an older gentlemen with glasses, and was very nice, always asking if it felt okay. I put my phone down the whole time and just relaxed. It was great. They did a horrible job on my nails. First off, they remove my acrylics by prying them off, completely damaging my nail beds when I didn’t want to add anything to them. Then I had no choice but to get something so I got gel. Not only would they not cut my nails or file them smooth when I asked, she completely ignored any request and started painting on them. I know my nails are weak and would break off. Which they did a day later. She also didn’t paint the full nail, looks li...ke a 5 year old painted my nails. I gave her a 4$ tip on a 25$ sucky service because I’m a nice person. But you know what this bitter lady did? Stopped everything she was doing and looked at it in disgust, as if 4$ wasn’t enough. 16% tip for a horrible job wasn’t enough.... and I tell you what! I use to come here all the time before I moved. I was here yesterday to get a pedicure and the tech waste acrylic and the solution on my boots. My boots are destroyed and I cannot even wear them. I had to ask the lady who messed my boots up will she clean them. She call her self letting it set and use just water to get the stuff off. The stuff never came off my boots. I spoke to the manager who do the eyebrows and all she can do was say sorry and give me a $5 discount. Needless to say I will NEVER ado business here ever again. Unsatisfactory work. I literally pointed out where my polish was messed up and she said "it's okay" multiple times. I walk out the store and notice even more places where there is polish on my skin. I'm easy. I have two criteria when it comes to pedicures: make the polish smooth and color inside the lines. You'd think I was asking them to do brain surgery. Even the brow artist was rough with my face. She pressed on my eyelid so hard I was seeing dark spots. Not to mention, I watched her double dip the popsicle stick after she used it on my face. The worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon. The nail technician attempted to give me a unsolicited manicure by cutting not only my cuticle but my finger. It took me well over 30 minutes to get the bleeding to stop. I pray that it doesn't get infected. They thanked me by charging me full price. I forgot to mention that she did not completely remove my previous polish before applying 2 terrible coats of gel polish. I'll never come back! Read Less
