Best place for mani/pedi. Clean++++
They sterilize all instruments so no worries of infections like some other places around.
If you want perfection, come here.

I don't go often to these places....mainly just before a vacation but this is a lovely newer salon with friendly professional staff! And there is convenient parking directly at the back of the buildi...

Awful service! Went in on my prom day and was completely disrespected by staff. Appointment was delayed over an hour and then both my friend and I were blamed by staff for "wasting their time". I was extremely disappointed with the services and staff. I've never felt such lack of respect. Will never be returning.

The only reason I am giving a 2 star is I am giving them the benefit of the doubt as I have not tried their services yet. Beautiful place, cleaning materials put out of sight, but I walked in there to inquire about a couple things and book an appointment for the next day. I stood there for 5 mins and was not once acknowledged by staff. Even they were to say "I will be with you in 5 mins" at least I would have been acknowledged so I walked out. There is a different nail salon I usually go to, as soon as you walk in you are greeted and assisted. The way is should be.

The most amazing place to get your nails done. The very first place I ever went where my fake nails did not fall off. Normally they last me a week and I take them off or they fall off, with them they lasted me over a month before I took them off. They are so kind and very professional, they talk to you and make you feel very comfortable. I have been twice now and won't go anywhere else! I'm so glad they opened this shop in grimsby! I 10/10 recommend.

So they say theyre open at 10. Ive been calling and calling to try and book an appointment for my mother and i. Theyre voicemail says to call during business hours which ive been doing and nothing. I left a voicemail and no call back. If youre site says you open at 10 then why wont anyone answer? I find this completely unprofessional. I to have a business and im there to answer calls during business hours. This is a shame my mom and i heard great things about this place and really wanted to try it out. If there not able to be there when they open to take a call, then perhaps the hours should be changed to when the phone can be answered or calls returned.

Awful service! Went in on my prom day and was completely disrespected by staff. Appointment was delayed over an hour and then both my friend and I were blamed by staff for "wasting their time". I was extremely disappointed with the services and staff. I've never felt such lack of respect. Will never be returning.
