My friend, her little sister and I went to go get acrylics so we did. My friends mom was with us. One of the nail stylists asked my friend to sit in a chair then around 15 minutes later said get out she’s getting her nails done before you which we found was very rude.Whixh our appointment was before the other girls.Keep in mind my friends mom left for a little bit when this happened. The stylist also never apologized for kicking her out of the chair. Also When you first walk in the nail polish fumes are very strong about enough to give you a headache. While cutting my cuticles the same nail stylist who kicked my friend out for another person cut me which made me bleed and was not very gentle. She also told me that she knew what the shape coffin was but clearly didn’t because that’s not the shape I received. They also don’t not speak very good English. In the end my nails looked nice when I first got them but by the time I got home I found a whole bunch of flaws. For one bubbles and very vusavle creases in the nail polish. Went in and asked for gels, and they still gave me acrylic, and told me bio gel isn't as good as the other gel, yet bio gel is their most expensive set. The only 'gel' they applied was my colour, my full set was built up with acrylic when it should have been done with gel. I should been charged the acrylic price, not gel price. A case of trying to get me to use the cheapest product they have and charge the highest price. Read Less
