I went to this salon after hearing good things about the it. Service was okay however, when asked about length the lady doing my nails argued with me because she cut the nail much shorter than I liked, and I asked for a gel set and paid for a gel set to realize that I had gotten acrylic. Had a pedicure and next day one big toe was chipping went back and they fixed it but the following day the other big toe is chipped. I can't go back as I'm no longer in the area. Also the lady didn't spend more than 5 seconds scraping the dead skin and considering I asked her not to cut my skin with the cuticle scissors she definitely had the time to do a proper job. Extremely unprofessional. I had an underarm wax appointment and when I walked in, rather than walking me to my room, the receptionist said "You can go to the back room". So I did and when I walked into the room, the waxing table was dirty. During my wax, the applicator stick was double-dipped which creates a breeding ground for bacteria in the wax and can cause infection. This is a very unsanitary, unhealthy and unsafe practice. After my wax, while I was paying, the receptionist walked away during the transaction and didn't come back. Altogether unimpressed. I got a solar gel manicure with an accent nail on both hands. While the design looked okay there was to be a clear section, which the technician knew from the beginning. I'm upset that she used a glue on extension and not a nail form because you could see the white glue on extension through what was supposed to be a clear section on the accent nail. The technician spoiled a beautiful design when she should have used a form and constructed the extension, or informed me that she couldn't do the design I wanted, and I could have had something else done instead. I also let her talk me into solar gel, instead of the acrylic extensions I've been getting for years because she informed me that solar gel nails caused the least lifting. I don't know if that was a lie, or if she just did a bad job, or I just have terrible luck, but by the end of a week more than half of the nails had lifts and were snagging on my clothes and hair to the point I had to get them removed. I'm also unimpressed that the shellac manicure they did on my mother peeled off. When she went in to have it corrected they informed her that it would be at a charge since they guarantee their shellac for a week and she went back eight days later. Completely understandable. At that time only one of the nails had the polish peel off so she wanted them to fix just the one. They told her it wasn't possible and that she would have to get an entirely new manicure. The whole experience left a very sour taste in my mouth and my mother and I both felt very cheated. Won't be back. I would have given one star but since this is my first and only experience at this nail salon the second star is for the benefit of a doubt. Read Less

Usually super happy with the mani pedi which includes hot stone and towel massage. Raved about this place to a friend. Usually get 1.5-2 hrs of service for $40-45. Recommended to a friend today, brought them, just two pedis which lasted maybe 20 min came to $68. Not impressed. Read Less

Never ever got satisfied at this place, I live in keswick but rather get my nails done elsewhere, I drive half an hour to get to ,a good nail place, these ladies are always rushed, never listen to you, wanna do not what you want but what costs you more, when ever in forced to get in they , not been happy, shellac does not last even a week Read Less
