First off, they over book your appointments. Secondly, they try to make you pay more by adding extra money onto the bill. Third, they are very rough with you and grab your hands quick. Forth, I have been cut by their cuticle clippers. Fifth, they rush you while you are there to get as many people as possible. Sixth, they don wait for the wax to cool down before putting it one your skin. Seventh, they didn´t ask what we wanted done they just assumed. Eighth, they are extremely pushy. I had made an appointment for 6:30 to have gel nails done and upon arriving they had no open spots for me or my friends, which also had appointments. The employees also kept taking walk ins before they had helped us even though we had an appointment. During the process we were very rushed and one of the women cut me with a nail tool. During check out they had tried to add ten dollars onto one of our bills and three other customers complained about the prices seeming too high and ¨not right¨ I would not recommend coming here if you would like to enjoy your time getting your nails done. This place was TERRIBLE!!! First the woman fought me about getting shellac, I didn't want shellac and she kept pushing and pushing that I should get shellac. I didn't want shellac so she finally said fine. She was very rough and I could tell she was rushing. I chose a colour and she kept going on and on about how long it would take to dry, but shellac would be quick. She did two coats and then said that three coats would be more even but two coats would dry faster. I had to convince her I could wait and wanted the third coat. When she was just about done she kept pushing about getting other things done, nails, eyebrows and so on. I said no, just the manicure was all I needed today. While I was in the drying area I was looking at my nails and they are TERRIBLY DONE!!!! She didn't paint the whole nail with the colour, she didn't even get the whole coloured are with the top coat, and my one nail had some nail that still needed filing so it was catching on things. I have never been somewhere that did such a poor job on my nails. All of my nails are filed into different shapes, the painting job is messy and the edges are not painted, the girl did not smooth the gel out so my nails are bumpy, as well as she filed my nails again after painting them so the very edge of my nail where the gel and nail meet is blunt and not smoothed as it should be. Not only are my nails awful, they are extremely over priced. $45 for a gel refill is ridiculous. Would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. Read Less

a few nails were a little crooked, and some had dents and some nails were done thicker than others. They look pretty good from far away and i enjoy the colours I chose. Also when I put my fingers under the uv lights it felt painful and burned which has never happened to me before. Read Less

Been coming here for two years now, they are quick, efficient and creative. Usually I get just my nails done for vacations but have started getting pedicures through the summer. It is fun getting spoiled with a little massage at the same time. Read Less

One of the best places I've went to, they have a variety of colours to choose from. The workers there are pretty talkative so the experience there was great! Would highly recommend this place if you're in fergus since they do have some good deals! Read Less
