Have yet to have a poor experience here and honestly I'd be shocked if I did. The ladies working here are always friendly, polite, and clarify what it is you want before they start which should be common sense in a salon but you'd be shocked. I've had some pretty bad experiences alsewhere but never 2waves. I also greatly appreciate that of you just need quiet time because life has thrown you a curve ball it's not a problem. Feeling chatty? That's not a problem either. All around these ladies are professional and their customer service is fantastic!

What a great addition to Yorktown. Service was excellent, salon was clean and inviting, hours are great, prices are reasonable. Not only will I be back, I’ll bring friends.

After my daughters pedicure came off in two days 2 Waves told me kids polish longevity is a “crap shoot” due to their perfect nails. Also skimped out on her leg massage (multiple visits) because the design was going to take too long? But, I paid more for a design for her!?! They are now telling me they can remove steps to their services if a design is more involved and “eats up the clock time”. This was never communicated to us. Buyer beware: read the fine print... if they even list these rules anywhere. Overall, disappointed in their depreciated quality of services over the past two years since coming to kingsville originally and mostly their customer service. They did however thank me for dropping the topic.

I visited the Tecumseh location the other day. Brooklyn was the one who did my nails, and she was awesome from start to finish! Very personable, and incredibly detailed! My nails often chip elsewhere ...
I visited the Tecumseh location the other day. Brooklyn was the one who did my nails, and she was awesome from start to finish! Very personable, and incredibly detailed! My nails often chip elsewhere and they seem to be lasting quite well so far! Thanks for a great first experience, I will definitely be back!

All of the estheticians do amazing work and if the product doesn't live up to the guarantee (i.e. gel polish doesn't last 1+ weeks or more) they do everything they can to make it right! Friendly staff...

The aesthetician did an amazing job, and we had good convo. Just too many interruptions of walk ins she had to do on top of it all, due to no one in the front room to handle immediate attention. Where’s the full time staff, as a person could easily say “no, finish my service first before helping anyone else.”

Seems to be a high staff turnover, but there are definitely a few gems that work here. If I've ever had a problem it gets fixed promptly.

Amazing experience every time, especially thanks to Colleen. The entrance has been made accessible with a ramp, which is difficult to come by in Essex.

Have yet to have a poor experience here and honestly I'd be shocked if I did. The ladies working here are always friendly, polite, and clarify what it is you want before they start which should be common sense in a salon but you'd be shocked. I've had some pretty bad experiences alsewhere but never 2waves. I also greatly appreciate that of you just need quiet time because life has thrown you a curve ball it's not a problem. Feeling chatty? That's not a problem either. All around these ladies are professional and their customer service is fantastic!

After my daughters pedicure came off in two days 2 Waves told me kids polish longevity is a “crap shoot” due to their perfect nails. Also skimped out on her leg massage (multiple visits) because the design was going to take too long? But, I paid more for a design for her!?!
