My daughter and her girlfriends went here last week for a girls day. It was an aweful overpriced experience full of rudeness and attitude with the end result of pour quality nails. My daughter was told she was needy for asking for gel nails. They wanted her to choose another type as the only girl available didnt have the experience. First of all maybe everyone on staff should be fully trained. Second a customer gets what a customer wants you have no right to tell them they cant have a service you offer! Treating customers with respect goes a long longway. They wont be back.
