I’ve been wearing shellac for the last few years and ever since the first time I stepped foot into Lovely nails (about 1 year ago) I would never go anywhere else again! Lovely environment with technicians that actually listen to what you want !! Great customer service. Very rushed manicure. This is the 1st manicure that I paid for ($30 to be exact) that did not even include a massage. It was a shellac nail change with a cuticle trim for $30. Friendly lady but not the quality that you would expect with a $30 manicure. I'll have to try another nail salon in Courtice next time because I'm sure not going back here. Read Less

This was my third visit, with no issues previously. I asked for a manicure and a gel fill with shellac. The lady was more interested in watching day time TV than focusing on my nails. The barely there manicure was the least of my problems.. after barely removing cuticles she proceeded to clip my nails so short I might as well just kept my natural nails (typically this is done by filing them down) was surprised that she used actual clippers on fake nails. The shellac polish was horrible, staining my fingers.. she left quite the mess and when I voiced my concern she was hesitant to remove access stains along my finger nails etc. I had to ask for cream and it appeared I was putting her out. To my surprise the owner kept her back to us though out our discussion and my disappointment with my nails, she didn't want to engage in the conversation or didn't bother to offer any assistance on the matter. Instead she played on her phone. I paid $50.00 and it was as if I threw it in the garbage. Two hour later the polish peeled off. My first red flag should have been the fact that I was the only customer for over an hour and I should have terminated the services once I realized that even the manicure was to much for this young lady to handle. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else and I realize mistakes happen but the poor customer service? There is no excuse for that. There are nail places on every corner... avoid this one. went and got a pedicure.. probably worst one ive ever had. very rushed barely any massage, she kept leaving half the time and the two other girls i was with their full set of nails were rushed as well.. ive been before and thought it was good. I get everyone has busy days and short staff but still shouldnt have been that way and we called and said they could take us.. very disappointed Read Less
