Honestly worst nail experience I've ever had in my life, Julie was SO rude to me. I asked for a regular pedicure as did my mom, they decided to give us deluxe without asking and charged an additional $15 to both. I asked for a colour change shellac ($20) she did just that but somehow ended up wanting to charge me for a shellac pedi ($35). I ended up with terribly done nails and feet that my niece could have done. They did my moms pedi she asked for French they gave her a light pink so it literally is pink nail polish with uneven white stripe instead of opaque pink. I asked Julie how the price got so high she said because she added a clear gel coat on top (that usually comes with shellac :/, charged an additional $10). It somehow came to $95 with tax for mine alone, I asked for the breakdown she said oh oops it was supposed to be $85, so adjusts it, I went to go wait for my mom and she tacks the additional $10 onto my moms bill. I went to get the $10 back and she Julie screamed at me in front of the entire salon telling me I ripped her off, and going off in another language. Horrible work and charged sneaky prices for service I didn't ask for or that should come standard, extremely rude customer service. I suggest Lovely Nails down the street, Jenny FIXED my botch job of a nail job which were terribly done and so short I was sore and red. The lady named Julie is horrible service. She clams to know how to do designs. Not good at all and still charges you top dollar for sloppy horrible work. My nails were crooked and don't even get me started on her attitude. What should have costed me $55 ended up costing me $113.00. She then try's to sneak you her personal phone number behind her bosses back. Please do NOT go Here if you are looking for professional service or money well spent . Total rip off!!! Read Less

Came to get my acrylic nails refilled , my mom wanted a pedicure, two of my nails broke and the next day I had to come get them repaired, my mom was charged extra money for a service she didn't even know she was getting. I thought I would give them another chance and again disappointment, they told us they could take both of us so my mom sat down to start her pedicure and they told me to sit at the first station to wait for Kim .i asked them again who was doing my nails and they said Kim . I waited 15 minutes and when she finally came out of the back room she told me I had to move from her station because she had another person waiting and I asked so when are you doing my nails and she said I have this lady then another , someone else can do they for you . Needless to say I'm not getting my nails done and I will NOT be coming back as their customer service is horrible. Read Less

Every time I come here to get the exact same thing done I am charged a different price. Also, every time I get acrylic nails done they use old files that have clearly been used, and they drill down my cuticles until I'm bleeding out of 1/2 of my fingers. Four years ago I had a nail place ruin my nails they sanded my nail down so bad it was down to the skin! I walked into deluxe nails in Courtice and the lady there said may I help you she was very concerned about my nail told me not to worry she would fix it, I have been going to her since and I have nothing but good comments on my nails! I had some waxing done here, and after i specifically told the girl to use cream wax because my skin is sensitive, she used a honey wax. My face still has a rash 3 days later. It looks like a tonne of tiny pimples, only they're not pimples and they keep bleeding any time I touch my face.. and it itches and hurts so bad. To be honest I'm not sure if this is from the wax or an infection from her double dipping the sticks in the wax. Also, the wax was turned up way to hot. Read Less

Went there yesterday to get one nail fixed and changed my Polish color (because they didn't have the one I had on.. They only have like 20 colors. "Queen" charged me $30 and the Polish looks horrible. I redid it myself..I only went here because I was in a rush. Don't go here!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
