Being a customer for more than a decade, (Diane’s), the “owner “. Last month when I was getting her service she couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. Couple of days ago I called and was asked by the gentleman that answered my call to be there in ten minutes. I arrived, checked in only to have the same person come to me and say that Diane couldn’t provide her service. How unprofessional, ignorant not to mention disappointing! Will not go back!!! Will never recommend this place to anyone I know! I understand many of my friends now, they were always surprised that I kept going back!! Never, never again!!

Can't give them a zero unfortunately....last time I was in they put shellac on my toenails. Today they hacked it off, made my toes bleed, ripped apart my nails and even left most of the polish on the smaller nails. Then the polish job was terrible and uneven, even forgetting to polish one of my toenails! They gave me a "discount" because I was so unhappy. There are lots of other nail places around, I'd suggest going somewhere else.

generally don't leave bad reviews at a business, but I came here with my sister from out of town this morning and we were very disappointed with her results. While my manicure turned out well, she got a biogel set with tips. As you can see in the photos that we took in the parking lot outside of the business less than 15 minutes after the service, the tips of her manicure are not actually attached to the nail in a lot of places. At least 4 of her nails are affected by this. This means there is a lot of space between the fake nail and her actual nail for dirt and dust and moisture to get in, potentially causing infection and certainly causing the nail to fall off way earlier than you would expect when you pay money for a manicure.
Unfortunately, we were on a time crunch and couldn't stay for the nails to be fixed, and as my sister is not from town she's unable to return at a later date. The business offered no refund, not even partial, for a terrible job done. I understand that businesses have bad days, and mistakes happen, and had the business offered me any of my money back, I would not be leaving this review. Luckily, she won't have to deal with the nails for very long as at least half of them are going to fall off shortly anyway. Hopefully this is experience does not happen to anyone else.

In Collingwood for vacation, I visited Nails & Spa after ruining my nails playing frisbee. Diane was very informative and super helpful to help get my botched nails back in tip top condition! She took her time to repair and recommended shellac versus the powder I was using to help make my nails stronger! She was both friendly and professional and I'd absolutely recommend Diane and her team!! I'll definitely visit again, thank you!!!

I’ve been twice now and won’t go back. Owner/manager.. Diane(?) both times has been so distracted and basically rude. No welcome or any pleasantries. Her mind is elsewhere and not on the customer. I stood at the cash today waiting to pay while she and a young employee basically discussed something about a customer who had been in and was a problem. She was oblivious that I was waiting to pay. The women who,did the waxing both times were very nice and goo. Owner was the problem.

I remember my first visit. I had just moved to the city and gone to another nail salon that absolutely botched my fill. They were able to take me in on very short notice and took such good care of me, made sure I was completely satisfied with every detail, and it became my regular spot. Now that I have moved away, I come back to the city frequently to visit, and I'll travel all the way from the east end just to see them. They're that good. Great price for Shellac Mani; love the place and customer service.

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The staff is very friendly and professional, and my nails look amazing. While I was in there, I noticed that the employees were friendly with the regulars, yet we're still attentive to me. I'll definitely be going back!

My family went to Collingwood for traveling. I wondered which nail salon would be the best until coming here. I have been calling all the nail salons in Collingwood to make an appointment for 6 people but all the nail salons couldn't do that . Only this nail salon could do for us in the same time because we do not want to wait. All services are perfect and so clean, male and female staff are very friendly, they are like a family. They have completed my wife's nails very well. Surely you should come here as the # 1 choice.

A lady finally came and worked on her feet and my daughter cried she was being so rough. Staff are extremely rude when asked to correct misshaped nails and poor quality of work. Response to request to fix nail when on site was arms gross and improper body language from staff followed by what you can only guess was a rant in their language between staff.Made to feel horrible about requesting that they properly correct it, left with horrible solar nail job both in shape and nail falling off the next day. Response from Bobbi after polite conversation was an offer to have them redone, there was no way that we were going back into the salon that mistreats customers and speaks about them in a different language so that you can no understand what they are saying. Do not go to this place, unless you want to waste your money and enjoy poor quality nails.

Had an appointment booked, very busy Elvis weekend. Extremely rushed. The water in the bath when I put my foot in was so hot I pulled it out quickly and she added cold water but seemed upset to have to do it. They don't speak to you, but the girls talk to each other in their language. Very poor customer service. The nail job I had was extremely rushed. She used the file on my foot in one stoke. The girl beside me was there for at least 20 minutes longer than me and I was out before she was done. They also want you to pay cash to avoid paying tax. Seems shady to me. They need to clean the shop as well. Would not go back. There is no customer service you are just a cog in the wheel....next....

So I'm hoping I have the right place, if not this review can be discarded. The salon that is across from Cranberry Resort, i.e. near keith avenue is the nail salon I will review. It is in the plaza across the street from cranberry resort.Okay well, granted, I did come in a tad later than the closing time that was not listed, and I was more than willing to wait until tomorrow for a job well done, but they insisted and I thought to myself, okay, fine.But not only was the nail shelled process rushed beyond belief, i notice the lack of smoothness in my nails, especially my pedicure. the bottom of my feet completely not paid attention to, I felt like i was in a fast food nail joint. And the worst part of it all, was that it cost me 100$. What a mistake and terrible job.

We were chatting while getting our nails done, one of the ladies giving us the mani actually sushed us! Quickest manicure of my life, didn't even get lotion applied. Obviously it is already chipping after 2 days! WILL NOT go back!

It was a Wednesday at 11:30 that we came in. The spa was busy but we were taken right away. I requested a pedicure only. Not much care was taken with the pedicure. The scrubbing was extremely light and barely done. It seemed as though they were rushing me to get to other customers that might come in. Not nearly enough attention was paid to the details. There was paint left on my skin around the nails that they didn't even bother to wipe off. I didn't stress too much about it but I most definitely would not return.

I would not recommend this place, I wish I could give a no-star review. Initially went in for shellac pedicure and manicure, but ended up with just the pedicure. Their equipment didn't seem up to par, a light bulb in the UV box, which u put ur feet into, was loose and touching my foot. I immediately pointed out the hanging bulb and the staff just pushed it back into the box, but didn't replace it nor use another box. As well, the staff wasnot attentive and does not listen to instructions. After putting 2 coats of shellac on my feet and drying them, she tried to "clean" excess shellac on the edge of my toenail by using the sander (?!) however, she sanded so hard my nail on my toe started to bleed. Then when I told her she was hurting me, she just pressed my toe, but painted over the toe again without cleaning of properly inspecting it. I wish I had never walked in, not welcoming for ppl from out-of-town. More attn was also given to locals, staff was not attentive and professional. Would not recommend this place.

Can't give them a zero unfortunately....last time I was in they put shellac on my toenails. Today they hacked it off, made my toes bleed, ripped apart my nails and even left most of the polish on the smaller nails. Then the polish job was terrible and uneven, even forgetting to polish one of my toenails! They gave me a "discount" because I was so unhappy. Only this nail salon could do for us in the same time because we do not want to wait. All services are perfect and so clean, male and female staff are very friendly, they are like a family. They need to clean the shop as well. Would not go back. There is no customer service you are just a cog in the wheel....next....

So I'm hoping I have the right place, if not this review can be discarded. The salon that is across from Cranberry Resort, i.e. near keith avenue is the nail salon I will review. It is in the plaza across the street from cranberry resort.Okay well, granted, I did come in a tad later than the closing time that was not listed, and I was more than willing to wait until tomorrow for a job well done, but they insisted and I thought to myself, okay, fine.But not only was the nail shelled process rushed beyond belief, i notice the lack of smoothness in my nails, especially my pedicure. the bottom of my feet completely not paid attention to, I felt like i was in a fast food nail joint. And the worst part of it all, was that it cost me 100$. What a mistake and terrible job.

If I could give 0 stars I would... We went on a Saturday morning (2 of us), no appointment but they said they had time. We were rushed from the minute we started picking our color. We were chatting while getting our nails done, one of the ladies giving us the mani actually sushed us! Quickest manicure of my life, didn't even get lotion applied. Obviously it is already chipping after 2 days! WILL NOT go back!

Came here with friends from out of town. We thought it would be good based on the 3 positive Google reviews. We called to make a reservation and we were told that it would be a really busy day. It was a Wednesday at 11:30 that we came in. The spa was busy but we were taken right away. I requested a pedicure only. Not much care was taken with the pedicure. The scrubbing was extremely light and barely done. It seemed as though they were rushing me to get to other customers that might come in. Not nearly enough attention was paid to the details. There was paint left on my skin around the nails that they didn't even bother to wipe off. I didn't stress too much about it but I most definitely would not return.

I would not recommend this place, I wish I could give a no-star review. Initially went in for shellac pedicure and manicure, but ended up with just the pedicure. Their equipment didn't seem up to par, a light bulb in the UV box, which u put ur feet into, was loose and touching my foot. I immediately pointed out the hanging bulb and the staff just pushed it back into the box, but didn't replace it nor use another box. As well, the staff wasnot attentive and does not listen to instructions. After putting 2 coats of shellac on my feet and drying them, she tried to "clean" excess shellac on the edge of my toenail by using the sander (?!) however, she sanded so hard my nail on my toe started to bleed. Then when I told her she was hurting me, she just pressed my toe, but painted over the toe again without cleaning of properly inspecting it. I wish I had never walked in, not welcoming for ppl from out-of-town. More attn was also given to locals, staff was not attentive and professional. Would not recommend this place.
