Great place, prices are reasonable and the shellac manicure is fantastic. My nails just showed s chip today after 16 days. Pedicure and foot massage are also top notch. I also did not see the oven being used for sterilization but just because I didn’t see it in the 45 minutes I was there doesn’t mean it wasn’t ever used! Though the place was quick, the service was lousy. the man I had cute my fingers in four different places. I got the acrylic nails, which he put in properly but did not paint properly, my nails look like it's been two weeks since they've done my nails (I got them done a day ago). Overall they did a poor job and I wouldn't recommend unless you were getting a French tip with shellac, my friend got that and they did an okay job. As friendly as they were their service could have been much better, I understand if someone was to get cut once as per skin can be tough or delicate depending on the person but 4 times is a little much. Fit me in for an eyebrow wax yesterday, but she tore off a layer of skin under both of my eyebrows. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for over 15 years and I've never had this happen before. I definitely wouldn't recommend them for waxing. I wish I could post a picture... Read Less

Filthy! Went here on NYE with my sister. Busy that was no problem at all. But she was going to start my nails on top three the previous clients nail clippings. Yuck! I told her and she just folded the towel over leaving the old dirty clippings in the towel and on the table beside the towel. They don't sterilize properly between clients using the same tools that sat in a plastic container on the table. Saw her using alcohol on some of the tools but not all, and not using the oven! Floors had clippings tables were dusty and cluttered. Really gross experience. Hopefully we didn't catch anything. Read Less

I don't write reviews very often, but felt compelled after the awesome service I've received here. I just moved to Collingwood and was terrified I wouldn't find a reputable nail salon. That fear was certainly short lived!  I've now visited every two weeks for the last three months for a pedicure and shellac manicure and they do a phenomenal job! I've gone to this salon twice. Had a shellac manicure that chipped in a day last year. Was not impressed. If properly done they usually last a week to 2 weeks. I recently went for a pedi mani for a wedding. The polish was wearing off on all the edges a few hours later. I did nothing but put on moisturizer, makeup and wash my hands l. There was no reason for the polish to wear off. I believe they hardly every buy new colours and just keep nail polish thinners to thin their old polishes.I say two strikes you are out and I will never waste my hard earned money on this salon again.I really give you you zero stars!
