I made an appointment and showed up on time. When I arrived there were 3 people waiting and 2 people being worked on by only one nail person. I was 6th in line and wasn’t even acknowledged for 15 minutes, at which point she said “what do you want?” And I said “I made an appointment for acrylic nails at 3:30” and she said “pick a colour” and then went back to her two customers and ignored me again. I walked out. Bad business. Don’t take more customers than you can manage. Poor customer service. I’ll tell everyone I know about this experience (2nd time trying them and 2nd time leaving unhappy). They wouldn't let my friend sit next to me on the massage chair even tho no one was using it, massage chairs suck, she didn't shave the dead skin off my feet, she didn't massage my feet she just rubbed the cream in as fast as possible because they gave themselves too many jobs and got rushed. I've been here in the past and never had an issue. Had shellac on my nails for a wedding- didn't last a week and started peeling/lifting up from the nail edges. When I came in to have them removed, they offered to re-do them at no charge since the girl who had done them no longer was employed here. I had them re-done, and she rushed through. I had her file the edge due to overhang of the polish. 1 week later I am back to have the shellac removed due to peeling/chipping after 1 week and I am charged the $10 removal fee. Will never be returning, only to professional salons where they guarantee their work 2 weeks and most shellac I've had closer to 3-4 until my nails grow out too long I need it removed! Read Less

Not very impressed at all. Have gone here in the past and it was always a good experience... today she rushed through it all, and ended up putting like 4 coats of paint on my toes, which makes them near to impossible to dry... definitely won't be back Read Less

Probably wouldn't go back just due to the fact that they try to get an extra $5 out of me,because I asked for "coffin style" nails that aren't very long but a decent length and they said it's more product so they charge $5 on top of the set price of $28. Which that's ridiculous. I told them make it the length you normally do then, which in my eyes is almost considered short length! So annoying! But the overall look is nice it's just annoying I had to get into it with them about this stupid extra charge before I let him continue. In the end he made me feel like I'm the bad guy for arguing this petty extra $5 but in reality there just trying to make any extra cent they can get their hands on.Read Less
