Very poor communication and quality of work. They do not explain the different options and then charge for things you did not want in the first place. I’ve been dissatisfied at this salon before, but today beat the cake! My daughter and I had a unpleasant and embarrassing experience and they would not take responsibility for their lack of communication or lack of professionalism. I made an appointment for a simple gel fill and had been told a gel nail fill would be $30, but then after problems during the treatment, they charged $50, because they said something about it being a dip...versus what, I never found out? The original procedure was $50 - the fill should have been less. And, we were never given a choice, there was no discussion except that we requested a fill; the woman just bulldozed through the job and then expected us to pay whatever they chose to charge. Strange experience, to say the least. It’s like they up-sell without the customer’s permission (or any discussion). And then, to top it off, the workmanship was poor, nails are blatantly blotchy and uneven. Argued rather than listened. Didn’t care to listen or understand that as they are the professionals, it is up to them to give and explain the options. Always rushing everything and not focused on customer. Anyway, lost a few good clients today and I was so appalled by the lack of customer service that I thought people should be forewarned, especially to make them explain everything, in detail, including prices, before they touch your nails!
