I love getting my nails done at TS Nails! All of the employees are very professional and yet..so friendly and fun!! All of them are ready and willing to take care of you from eyebrows to manicure and pedicures...Hannah is my person, she knows exactly how I like my nails and no questions asked. They take care of you beyond the day of, if a correction needs to be done. It's also a bonus when you call and Susan recognizes your voice over the phone! I'm really happy with TS Nails and have brought many new customers to them as a result. We've had 'wedding parties' and 'girls day' there many times and we have always left happy.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Not cleaned properly and the customer service is awful. When paying and touching the debit machine for me to pay, the cashier still had her gloves on from working...
Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Not cleaned properly and the customer service is awful. When paying and touching the debit machine for me to pay, the cashier still had her gloves on from working with someone else and stared at me and walked away when I requested she take them off. Completely ignored my request. As well, I showed a picture how I wanted my nails and did not get what I asked for. When I asked her to fix it she said she would charge me more even though she’s the one that didn’t give me what I asked for. Will never go here again.

I️ came in for a manicure, and a lady by the name of Cindy (who is the new owner) told me she did not recognize me because I️ gained so much weight. I️ have been a customer for years and have never been talked to like this. On top of the rude comment, my nails looked awful. Completely rude and unprofessional. Needless to say I️ will not be returning.

The customer service is deplorable. I asked for my nails to be soaked to get the gel off instead of the grinder being used and I got major attitude and then pushed to the side so that they could tend to an "easier" client. I'd be wary of the sanitation too, I have personally witnessed them not cleanse or sanitize their pedicure tools. A friend got a bad infection from a pedicure. Pay a bit more and go somewhere that cares.

This stuff was there we friendly. Very eager to make you feel at home and comfortable. My nails came out perfect. I definitely found my salon.

I went and got an acrylic full set at a different salon and they butchered them. I waited a few weeks an went to ts nails and they did a phenomenal job. I don't think I've ever been so happy with them...

I get my nails done often and haven't committed to one location until now. BY far my nails look wonderful and LAST so much longer than any other place I've been too. HANNAH is wonderful!!

My experience was not good. I have short nails and they made me feel like crap comparing me to my friend beside me and telling me It's not going to last. I'm asking for a service and they are questioning me on what I wanted. Now my nails are not done because of the terrible customer service. When your in someone's store you should feel welcome not judged on their physical appearance. Children with tiny nail beds come and get their nails done why can't I do so without the commentary.

I've been seeing Hannah every three weeks for the past year and she takes wonderful care of my nails. She is very good at what she does, always taking the time to make sure I am happy with the result and it lasts until I'm ready to see her again three weeks later!

I love getting my nails done at TS Nails! All of the employees are very professional and yet..so friendly and fun!! All of them are ready and willing to take care of you from eyebrows to manicure and pedicures...Hannah is my person, she knows exactly how I like my nails and no questions asked. They take care of you beyond the day of, if a correction needs to be done. It's also a bonus when you call and Susan recognizes your voice over the phone! I'm really happy with TS Nails and have brought many new customers to them as a result. We've had 'wedding parties' and 'girls day' there many times and we have always left happy.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Not cleaned properly and the customer service is awful. When paying and touching the debit machine for me to pay, the cashier still had her gloves on from working with someone else and stared at me and walked away when I requested she take them off. Completely ignored my request. As well, I showed a picture how I wanted my nails and did not get what I asked for. When I asked her to fix it she said she would charge me more even though she’s the one that didn’t give me what I asked for. Will never go here again.

The customer service is deplorable. I asked for my nails to be soaked to get the gel off instead of the grinder being used and I got major attitude and then pushed to the side so that they could tend to an "easier" client. I'd be wary of the sanitation too, I have personally witnessed them not cleanse or sanitize their pedicure tools. A friend got a bad infection from a pedicure. Pay a bit more and go somewhere that cares.

My experience was not good. I have short nails and they made me feel like crap comparing me to my friend beside me and telling me It's not going to last. I'm asking for a service and they are questioning me on what I wanted. Now my nails are not done because of the terrible customer service. When your in someone's store you should feel welcome not judged on their physical appearance. Children with tiny nail beds come and get their nails done why can't I do so without the commentary.
