First of all. I went in to get a new set of nails done and I sat down, the woman started taking off my nails than said oh by the way it's a 5$ fee if I take them off for you Now I'm not sure if this is normal elsewhere but I've never had a nail salon tell me that Than she mentions oh you like long nails? That's 5$extra Also never heard of the length depending on price but that I can atleast understand a bit more. After all is said and done I'm pretty pleased with them to be honest UNTIL just 4 DAYS LATER my one nail cracks vertically in half. Than 2 days after that my index finger SNAPS CLEAN IN HALF HORIZONTALLY, IN.MY.SLEEP. I call very aggravated to see if he'll atleast fix it free of cost and he was sounding like he wouldn't until I got more angry he agreed to fix ONE nail and said it's only 3 dollars to fix the other one and I said if it's only 3 dollars...Why are u making a fuss about fixing it. Hope the 3$ he saved was worth this poor review cuz I wasn't mad enough to type a long review until that happened. Maybe if your gonna have cheap nails that break, you should atleast have good customer service. Read Less

I really wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before I tried this place. I only had a small amount of time today and decided to treat myself. The lady who worked on me treated me like I was disgusting, I only wanted a basic shellac manicure with one colour so it wasn't very hard. She argued with me on the shape I wanted telling me my hands were too fat for the shape I like and refused to shape them. She also cut me quite badly and got irritated with me when my finger wouldn't stop bleeding. She ended up putting some blue stuff on it and it still wouldn't stop so she made me hold a cotton ball on it and painted around it. Leaving me with weird chips on the corners. I will be surprised if this manicure will even last a week. Also during the manicure she told me my face was too hairy and I didn't do enough to keep myself pretty in the bright lights. Which for the record I keep myself well groomed and excessive hair isn't usually a concern. My eyebrows are cared for on a regular basis.....not that that should matter when paying for nails to be done. I will definitely never return. I don't think I have ever felt worse about myself leaving a salon. Read Less

Awful dirty place. No talent what so ever. My 8 year old can do a better job. My finger tips were so infected, itchy and raw. It looked like I dipped my fingers in acid. They use the same tools on everyone without cleaning or replacing. I don't know how this place is not closed down. Public health has been notified!! Read Less

I went to Nails for you last Wednesday and they took me in right away! Which was wonderful the lady asked me what I had wanted and made sure the quality was 100% she buffed and polished my nails beautifully as I had came in with disgusting crooked and dirty nails she put on the arcylic tips and asked me to the exact length I wanted them and the shape! She was super patient with a loud teenager and her best friend( I was the loud teen) the one thing I didn't like after she painted them was she left me to go to another client so I sat there unaware of what to do! But they aloud me to leave earlier because i had to take the transat she didn't ask me to tip her and I got the exact price they had on there price board I'm soo please with it I didn't even have to pay tax only 28$ exactly totally worth going again next time I'm gonna get them longern Read Less

If I could give this business zero stars I would! I go every two weeks for Shellac manicure, always pay cash and always tip 20%. Never had an issue until today. All my nails bubbled. I go back and show them not two hours later and they charge me $20 to fix it! They just lost my business for good! I've been here before and had an alright experience, this time around it was fairly busy but they got me in for a pedicure within 5 minutes. The woman doing my feet rushed me through the service and took wayyy too much skin off with the blade, I prefer the grater as it takes just enough skin off. So now my feet are sore as my callus' and extra skin are off. She also cut my cuticles twice. Probably wont return. I dont think they even sanitized the runs as someone else went in the tub after me and I didn't see anyone clean it. Gross. Read Less

I called ahead and made an appointment and when I walked in they didn't even have it noted down, but they weren't busy so took me in anyway. I got shellac done on a Thursday and no word of a lie everything peeled by the following Wednesday. I normally get 2-3 solid weeks out of shellac, but this was awful. Peeled off like a sticker. My friend got a shellac pedicure and she is also already peeling. Unacceptable and I will not be returning or recommending this place to my friends. Don't go here unless you want to do your nails every week since they peel so easily! Keep in mind, I even wear gloves when cleaning and doing dishes, so this is unacceptable. Read Less

I have been going here for some time now and general am happy on how my nails look in the end. However I am not to impressed with how they quickly become frustrated with me when I apparently stiffen my finger(s), choose not to go with shallic, and if I happen to not leave a tip when paying - maybe they should add it to the debit machine. Not my problem you want cash in hand all the time AND it is My choice if I tip you or not. They shouldn't expect a tip. Until I find another salon I like I will continue to go to them. Read Less
