The team here is great. I need acrylic nails because of all the sports I play. They do a great job every time and they have a great array of colors to choose from. Giving this location 1 star is flattering them. I went in today to get a manicure shellac and I explained to the girl that I have long nail beds so when she clips my nails to be careful. She didn't look and clipped my pinky's nail bed( See photos for a picture of my pinky). The girl clearly didn't know what to do, she put a septic on it to try and stop the bleeding however, it kept bleeding. She tried to finish my manicure and I asked her if she was going to charge me, but her and her colleagues started talking in their language and no one responded. Finally after 5 minutes, a man who was working the till, came over and stated he wouldn't charge me. Further, I assumed they were going to put on shellac given the situation but I sat there for 5 minutes with my friend and NOTHING. I asked the man and he said, "no, because we are not going to charge you, free manicure". I argued with him and his partner and said that I came in with the goal to have my nails done and instead I ended up with a severed nail bed that is still bleeding. The man said "if you want colour, I'm going to charge you, otherwise the manicure is free". I disputed the same issue for about 3 minutes and he finally agreed to add colour but did not add shellac; he added regular nail polish. He smothered it on, it was thick, uneven and my corners were coloured over because he was rushing to get me out. First time here and I'll never come back!!!! INCREDIBLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will be making a consumer report because I had to go and purchase antibiotic ointment and peroxide to stop the bleeding given no first aid was provided. UNBELIEVABLE! Read Less

Nails aren't always perfect but the salon is always spotless. They will light a candle and play nice music if it's not hectic which is nice. But one day I'll leave with nice nails the next time they will be chunky and or uneven.. Bio gel is a bit expensive for my liking so I've switched salons Read Less

Never met a more hardworking staff! Everyone is very polite, and highly skilled. The prices are great for the quality of work and I've never had any problems. Crystal is my go-to nail technician and she always does a fantastic job. I've also had others do manicures before and they are all great. After trying out 4 different nail salons in Oakville, this Burlington salon is by far the best! A bit of a drive for me but well worth it. The only thing to note is that you will likely have more than one person working on your nails during your visit... mostly because technicians seem to have an area of expertise (filing/shaping or design) which is fine, it's called playing to your strengths! Went for a manicure and pedicure.... was sent home with wet nails that got ruined in the parking lot. They wanted to close and didn't want to say no to my money so. Don't go here just let your 2 year old do your nails. Worst experience in my life! When I went back to tell ask them to fix it they wouldn't and said I shouldn't have gotten nail polish and paid more for shellac. If I wanted to pay more I would have. Then the guy owner actually yelled at me and said it was my fault. How is it my fault if you sent me out with wet nails!?! If you don't have time to do my nails and do them right don't do it!!! Could not have been a worse experience. When I went in the store I asked for a UV Gel fill (they ended up giving me acrylic powder without asking). The nail job was bad, all my nails are shaped differently, but for the price I thought it was okay. THEN i go to pay and the man says its $35 and I said the lady had told me its $25 (which is also what they have posted on the price list). He goes to say that that is the price for regular nail polish with a UV manicure and its extra for shellac polish. After I told him they never told me that how it worked, even asked the woman why she used the shellac on me, he went back and fourth rudely explaining to me what nail polish is then said he wants to redo my nails completely with the regular polish just so I would be charged correctly with their mis priced list. Also super rude, asked if I follow the tax laws and pay taxes. * My sister was with me and they also lied to her about the price of her nails. Read Less

This was an awesome experience! I moved to Burlington almost two years ago and had yet to find a good place for a pedicure. I tried this spa based off reading hundreds of Google reviews for Burlington spas and was very pleased. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is very clean and hygienic, which is very important. I have had pedicures at dozens of spas in my life and this was the first time I have seen disposable plastic bags to cover the foot bath and I was very happy to see that. I am paranoid about disease and germs, and that was very reassuring to see that. This was also the first time that I have had hot stones used to massage my legs and feet. It felt amazing! The pedicure was perfect. It took 30 minutes and was a fair price and the results were awesome. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the woman who did my pedicure seemed a bit unfriendly. This is the nicest place I have been in!  Very clean and fresh inside with professional, friendly staff.  My manicure lasted almost 3 weeks and had a stone massage pedicure that was the best I've ever had!  I have fast made this my new place to go, with no trouble getting a last minute appointment and it's convenient location.  The staff goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and pampered, thank you!
