Would not return to salon even if they gave me free nails for life. I really thought filing and painting of nails is a basic nail technician skill...not so much at TK Nails. Also my nails didnt last a day. Staff rude and made it a very uncomfortable experience. Money and 2 hours of my life I will never get back...

They really rush through the process went for pedicure barely touched my heels so they still had rough spots. Very focused on upselling not content with asking once but 3 times. Was not the relaxing pampering experience I was looking for.

The worst experience at this salon! I’m not one to write reviews unless I’ve truly had a bad experience. Took my mother and three sisters to get their nails done here - I got a biogel refill, and each of my sisters got an acrylic full set. They said the biogel refill is $35 including shellac. I ended up getting charged an extra $10 for the shellac that was an apparent “miscommunication”. Full sets of acrylics are $25, but if you want them polished, it’s an additional $5-10...of course they don’t mention this or include it on their price list!!
Aside from the pricing, the quality of the paint job and gel/acrylic shaping is horrible! All of our nails are slightly off centre and the shape is inconsistent. Some nails are bumpy from the uneven polish/shellac/shaping. All the techs were working in a rush, even though there was no one else in the salon and it was 3pm on a Saturday.
Would not recommend, will not be returning.

Asked for a simple classic french manicure but not with acrylic. New to this whole process and she did anyways. Nails were wonky and broke within a week and half. So not worth the money.

Horrible experience. The technician did not know what she was doing and she ruined my nails. Very unprofessional. The place was also unclean. And unsanitary. Avoid this salon!!

The worst thing about getting your nails done is sometimes how long it takes and the wait time. I am so impressed with how fast the technicians are here. I can get a mani and pedi done in under an hour which is something that is important to me and my busy schedule. They do a good job as well

Workers here do not seem to care about the quality of the work and just care about getting a service done quickly. Came here yesterday to get acrylics which are lumpy, thick, and misshapen. I now have to spend more money elsewhere to get my nails done PROPERLY.

Extremely rude!!!!!! Went in for a manicure came out with cuts all around my cuticles. The girl became very aggressive when I didn't agree with the service she wanted me to purchase. They don't listen to what the customer wants. They just want you to have the most expensive service. Don't recommend this nail salon. I will never go back!

I've been going to this place for over 5+ years now. We moved out of town and into the city, and I haven't been back till the other day. They all recognized me so it was very nice. I did my eyelash extensions and I was nervous at first as they are a nail spa, but they turned out absolutely gorgeous! highly recommended. Only $70!

I'm not sure if the owner was the guy who did my nails, but I suppose due to poor lighting I didn't see the mistakes until morning. My nails are ATROCIOUS. Every single one is crooked by a tiny bit, the surface is lumpy and despite having long nail beds he has somehow managed to have them "angled up" when you look at them from the side. To top it off the price isn't cheap. Go somewhere else.

Amazing customer service, I have been having my nails and facials done at TK Nail Salon for over a year, like visiting family.I was unemployed and they went out of there way to do extras for me to make me feel and look better, helped me to land a job!Located on Burloak Road in Burlington, I highly recommend them.

The worst experience at this salon! I’m not one to write reviews unless I’ve truly had a bad experience. Took my mother and three sisters to get their nails done here - I got a biogel refill, and each of my sisters got an acrylic full set. They said the biogel refill is $35 including shellac. I ended up getting charged an extra $10 for the shellac that was an apparent “miscommunication”. The worst thing about getting your nails done is sometimes how long it takes and the wait time. I am so impressed with how fast the technicians are here. I can get a mani and pedi done in under an hour which is something that is important to me and my busy schedule. They do a good job as well

Every single one is crooked by a tiny bit, the surface is lumpy and despite having long nail beds he has somehow managed to have them "angled up" when you look at them from the side.
