I booked a facial and a manicure pedicure combo for my 30th birthday and received a complimentary pumpkin tea. I had a great time; the place was immaculately clean and beautiful. The technicians who worked on me, khalid and komal were amazing and the facilities were calming and serene. I will definitely be coming back!

Couldn’t be more disappointed with my eye brow wax today. A man who 100% did not know what he was doing. No prep, my left brow is shorter than the right, both are completely different lengths, over waxed, no tweezing, no aloe, and left with a huge strip of wax stuck in my right brow. I Could not get out of there fast enough! Do not let people work in your salon if they are not trained. I am beyond upset!!!

From the moment we made the reservation to cashing out everything was so lovey and made our girls night out a success. 8'of us (all with babes 4 and under) wanted to have a kid free experience and soft touch made it special . Muffins, juice and cute decor as well as the flexibility to bring in our own food and drink. Everything there was prestine clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating . We will be coming back!!!

I liked the idea that if you purchase a second pedicure the 3rd one is free. And since i looove pedis i took advantage so my next 2 are paid for.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! My daughter was getting married and 3 of us decided to book a relaxing mani-pedi the day before the wedding. The bride requested a french shellac manicure so the owner did it for her. The manicure was terrible. Uneven and lumpy. it looked like a small child had done it. It was removed and my daughter decided on one colour manicure since it was evident a french manicure was well beyond this womans expertise.The one color had bubbles all through it but ...by this time, 3 hours later we were out of time to go anywhere else.Then to top it all off the price we had discussed and booked for was not honoured and we were upcharged. So we left with the bride in tears, late and with 3 of the worst mani-pedis I have ever seen. The shellac began peeling off in nail size pieces in 2 day! Save your money and let a 2yr old do your nails, it will look better. Tumingin Pa

Had my first "quick pedicure" at Softouch in July. The spa is bright and very clean, aesthetician was very friendly. Next time I'll definitely try the full pedi or shellac because I really enjoy a good foot rub with my pedicures, but I was strapped for time, so I opted for the quick one for a first try. My only minor complaint would be that the little foot rest on the sink isn't secured in place, and slipped a couple times, making me feel I had to sort of hold my legs in place so they wouldn't skip again during the pedi. I'll definitely be back though.

Exceptional service today. Veenu did my henna tattoo and I absolutely love it. She was friendly and came up with an amazing piece. Usually they only do the henna on feet and hands but I had mine done on my thigh and it's wonderful. There spa is so organized and very clean. Would recommend there spa to anyone!!

I booked a facial and a manicure pedicure combo for my 30th birthday and received a complimentary pumpkin tea. I had a great time; the place was immaculately clean and beautiful. Couldn’t be more disappointed with my eye brow wax today. A man who 100% did not know what he was doing. Had my first "quick pedicure" at Softouch in July. The spa is bright and very clean, aesthetician was very friendly. Next time I'll definitely try the full pedi or shellac because I really enjoy a good foot rub with my pedicures, but I was strapped for time, so I opted for the quick one for a first try.
