Went to the Burlington location. 10 am appointment. I went along with my 3 sisters - total of 3 pedis and 3 bio gels. The lady refused to scrub my feet for the dead skin to go away and when I asked her to she said she can’t do it. She was acting like she was in a rush even though they were getting over $300 from us 3 for the appointments. The ladies kept trying to upsell on us and were even telling us they charge $10 to keep our nails long even though we pay for the nail and we should decide how long we want it nowhere else does this. They charge $5 extra for the shape of the nails which is ridiculous cause they file it anyways. They kept trying to charge extra for every step they would take. A relaxing day for us sisters turned into the worst experience from any salon. Do not go here. Avoid at all costs. We ended up being charged over $300.

Staff are lovely and friendly. I have been using Princess Nails for over 17 years. Never any complaints and they seem to get better each year. Not much turnover in staff so they must be treated well. Always do their best to fit me in last minute. Highly recommend!

There are three salons within walking distance of my home...but I'll drive 20 minutes away because of their service and staff.

My wedding is Saturday so like.most.women I went to get mu nails done. The girl at the front counter was beyond helpful and pleasant but the lady doing my nails kept saying she had to skip.stuff with my nails cuz she was in a rush. And boy do my nails looked rush. I went to a nail salon for the fact they make your nails look professional and gorgeous. Mine on the other hand are in rough shape....different lengths not squared correctly rough to the touch blotchy looking and just plain sloppy. I am gonma have to find time to now get them redone in the next 24 hours cuz no way will i walk around with such a mess on my hands. Truly upset

I have been going to Princess Nails for about 6 years now and I always receive superb service, the staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Tammy gives me the best pedicure, she is awesome, I would give her 10 stars if that was possible. Sarah who works the front desk periodically is great as well. They are always quite busy but I never feel that my services are rushed because of it.

Absolutely terrible for the prices charged. I had gel nails and pedicure for special event and had to clean everything up myself. Pedicure was pathetic and gels nails were crooked I asked for them to be straighten and shaped twice. I asked for them to be shorter but when I got home had to cut and file myself and clean my feet up better. I was so discussed at what I got for the money spent. Will never step foot in there again. Only reason I gave two star is because the salon is clean

Have been there twice. Pretty good job but, very expensive. They charge you to replace a broken nail. I have never experienced that before. Just went again two weeks ago and my nails are a mess. I wash my hands and they chipping off for no reason at all. I knew when the technician was doing them that she really had not been trained properly. Fill, Pedicure and hot wax treatment with tax was $185.00 !!!!!!!!! Not going to being going back there.

Very disappointing. I took my three year old there to have a manicure and pedicure with me and the lady was very rushed and was not gentle with her at all. She didn't even make it a fun experience for her. It took her about seven minutes for her to do her nails and toes and cost $18. Very expensive and not worth it at all. I was hoping for a lot more. I would never go there again.

The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were very nice and welcoming but my manicure was disappointing. All my nails are a different lengths and are not very square. Also the price I paid was ridiculous, for powder gel with shellac it was $75, I've never paid anywhere close to that amount for this service at any other salon. Overall, although I left mildly disappointed with the outcome of my nails I would consider giving this salon a second chance due to the cleanliness of the salon and friendly staff.

I have gotten shellac manicures here a few times and as a whole I was pleased with them. However, on my last trip the side of my finger was cut with the cuticle cutters as the manicurist cut at the sides of my finger nail. In the day following the cut became infected and a number of my nails were sore to the point of needing bandaids. One of my coworkers also mentioned that she got strange growths beside her nails after a trip to this nail salon. Needless to say I will not be returning and caution anyone from doing so.

I wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff at Princess nails are always super accommodating to all of my needs. I've been going to them for nails and waxing for over 15 years now and the quality of care just gets better. I also see the massage therapist, Sarah, and she is wonderful. I've set up group visits for wedding parties and everyone was super pleased with the experience! I would highly recommend this place.

I love going and using all the services that Princess Nails & Spa offers. The people there are professional and friendly and the job done is always 100%. It's not everyday that you go into a salon and you don't just feel like a number rushed in and out, they always take their time and I always leave satisfied. I highly recommend giving them a try if you've never been!

Went to the Burlington location. 10 am appointment. I went along with my 3 sisters - total of 3 pedis and 3 bio gels. The lady refused to scrub my feet for the dead skin to go away and when I asked her to she said she can’t do it. Very disappointing. I took my three year old there to have a manicure and pedicure with me and the lady was very rushed and was not gentle with her at all. Also the price I paid was ridiculous, for powder gel with shellac it was $75, I've never paid anywhere close to that amount for this service at any other salon. I have gotten shellac manicures here a few times and as a whole I was pleased with them. However, on my last trip the side of my finger was cut with the cuticle cutters as the manicurist cut at the sides of my finger nail. I love going and using all the services that Princess Nails & Spa offers. The people there are professional and friendly and the job done is always 100%. It's not everyday that you go into a salon and you don't just feel like a number rushed in and out, they always take their time and I always leave satisfied.
