I had an eyelash fill here and asked for single lash, the woman Melissa used 3 at a time and so much glue the lashes were almost sinking to my eye. I went back weeks later again and asked for her to remove the lashes and the "soap" she used was left on my eyes to burn me for almost a full hour. The torment continued when she scraped off the lashes leaving me absolutely bare with no real lashes left. After I began to cry at the results, this woman actually laughed at me. Then brought in another lady who also continued to laugh at me. I asked if she could do anything to fix this and help me grow my lashes back out, and she charged me for another full set. Aside from my experience, a co-worker of mine had a full lash set done here as well and again so much glue was used she actually had issues seeing out one eye. She decided to remove her self and lost many lashes the same as myself. Got a pedicure done at this place before I went away on holidays and because I had a cast recently taken off my leg it was still swollen so I told them that I only wanted the nails painted and the bottom of the foot cleaned up. While I was getting that done the girl not only made fun of my toes and told her I was opting with the massage because of the swelling, also did a crappy job of sand in the bottom of my foot cuz when I left it was still rough and after all that shity service and treatment I still have to pay full price of $30. Once I got back from my vacation I tried to contact the manager and left my number but he never called me back so I personally went in there and talk to him and told him about my service and how I was treated and he said he couldn't do much for me other than to give me a $5 credit which in my eyes the place is overpriced and it wasn't worth getting $5 back when I would not be going there again. He told me that they can overcharge because they are in a mall. My friend and I went on Thursday November 17 2016. I had asked for shellac and had gotten gel polish instead. I am beyond mad at the fact that I had paid 45 dollars and didn't get what I wanted. Dropped in, asked how long for a pedicure, they said right away just pick a color. Chose my color and walked over to a chair that they started putting water in. Someone's dirty cup was on the arm rest and the buttons for the remote were barely visible at all. Chair only worked on one setting. By the time the lady came over the water was cold. I got the feeling it wasn't cleaned before but I asked and of course she said yes it was. Everything else was okay until she was finishing up and I asked for a design she said no problem. Didn't ask me what colors I wanted or design I wanted. Assuming she knew what she was doing I let her do her thing. Well my nail color is hot pink...she chose to first do a purple line design with black accents. I guess she didn't like it because she retried my big toe 4 times! The final design is horrid. I don't even know what she tried to draw...possibly a top view of a rose? It honestly looks like a 2 year old did my nail design. I am so disappointed. Not only the fact red on hot pink looks terrible. There is also yellow dots ? And the design is so poor. I wish I could share pictures ! I felt as if I was a burden to her and she wanted nothing to do with me. The only person who seemed to care that I noticed was the gentleman working. This is my 2nd visit and last. I went to get a pedicure at this location and the service was horrible. They were not busy when I arrived yet the girl acted as though it was a hassle to serve me. I then got a pedicure, that was completed in about 20 minutes because she rushed through it. It has only been 6 days and my pedicure has already chipped. I get pedicures regularly and it has never chipped this quickly- goes to show the quality of their nail polish. I emailed the company to express my frustration and I have not even received an email back. Not impressed with the service at all and I will not be returning. Read Less
