Terrible customer service. Went in for a mani and pedi. The girl did my pedicure then went to do another customers pedi. I thought someone else was going to do my mani. That wasnt the case. She made me wait a half hour while she completed the other pedi. I decided i couldnt wait for the mani and they gave me attitude because i was leaving. Read Less

I have been coming to this location for years! Susan is fantastic and her staff are very hard working. They always try to accommodate everyone. I have read some of the other reviews and feel they are very narrow minded. Firstly when anyone does your nails, you have the opportunity to let them know while you're getting your services done, whether you like your nails or not. They ask you flat out "do you like them?" If you can't use your voice at that very moment and tell them you are not satisfied, then you should not be going home and writing a review about your negative experience. If you felt rushed, well then maybe you should book and appt so you're not just a "walk in" client and they're the ones trying to accommodate you. Remember they are the ones who feel "rushed" to satisfy their customers. They are the ones who fit in walk in clients. Sometimes it gets busy during peak times of the year or even weekends. That's why you book and appt. I have always had fantastic service and I recommend you go there and have a service performed and judge for yourself before you choose not to go from reading some of these silly reviews. Don't bother. I went for a pedicure. Tech was so uninterested. Not impressed. To dry the polish they had me balance the electric "dryer" on the footrest of the pedicure chair. It was uncomfortable and stupid (balancing an electric appliance above a sink... ). There were about 15 empty chairs and half a dozen empty manicure stations??!! THATS where you should have the dryers. Stupid. Read Less

Mixed experience. I came in with a broken nail and she did a fantastic job fixing it without putting in a fake nail. But then didn't do the polish right on another nail and it has a gaping hole in it two days later... Read Less

My feet feel more rough than they did when I arrived if that's even possible. Some staff are nice, some not really, they don't give you their full attention. Nails were done nicely, little bit of bleeding. Still upset about how rough the my feet feel. I'll go some place else next time. Read Less

I go here on a regular basis, and usually see Susan. I have only had wonderful experiences with Susan and her team. They always seem to find time for me, and truly make the visits enjoyable. The prices are fair. Read Less

I have gone here often, only because of the convenient location.  Today was the last time.  As soon as my feet hit the water, her cell phone rang, and she was on it the entire time.  I felt she paid more attention to the call than to her work. I don't like that my feet are a little rough, and she didn't even trim my nails.  This is the first time EVER I have not tipped someone.  I don't own a cell phone (egads ! you think), and if I did, I certainly wouldn't be on it at work !  This was my last time !  For $30.00 - not worth it ! I don't even want to give one star for the horrible experience I had. The woman who did my pedicure hurt my foot so bad while she laughed at me while filing a callus I had. I felt like a wimp so I let her do her thing. Two days later...I had an infected abscess on the bottom of my foot. Many doctors appointments and a hospital visit later as well as follow up care from a wound clinic nurse for the last month. I will never have someone touch my feet unless they are a trained physician. I had to take a month of work and stay off of my foot for more than 3 weeks. I plan to go after them for lost wages and medical costs as well. Do not recommend this place to anyone! Read Less

i have been going to this place for a few years. not always happy when i left but the last straw was a few days ago. my fingers are hacked and sore. you wait for ever when you are told it will be a minute. the owner rushed and did not pay attention to what she was doing and it resulted in a very poor job.  i will never go back there. I have been to this location twice and have been charged two incredibly different prices for a shellac pedicure.  The first time I paid by debit and paid $54 the second time I paid by cash and paid $45-interesting surcharge to use the debit machine.The most recent visit I had three different people work on me-one had no idea what she was doing and gave up part way through.  It has been four days and my shellac is already falling off.DON"T BOTHER!!
