Didn’t find them very professional. And they didnt take the time to clean my cuticles. My nail polish chipped and started flaking off the next day and I paid for shellac!

Zero professionalism. Quoted me one price on phone, booked appt and arrived and told me they couldn't give me that price as "they spoke to management", even though I confirmed repeatedly before I book...
Zero professionalism. Quoted me one price on phone, booked appt and arrived and told me they couldn't give me that price as "they spoke to management", even though I confirmed repeatedly before I booked. when I asked why the let me book in the appointment and drive there if they couldn't honour the price, she said "I don't know who you spoke to". Can't get their prices or stories right, and clearly cannot take ownership for their inconsistencies. Shady,
I left and will never return. Thanks for wasting my time Mindy's Nails, you guys suck.
