All the ladies working here are so friendly and complete their services above and beyond expectations. I have been a loyal client at this location for 2 years now. Tanya is my girl that I always go to, she is extremely precise and delicate with my UV Gel nails. She always executes my nail shape perfectly - coffin. She does not leave them on thick either, thins them out beautifully. There is a copious amount of shellac colours to choose from.. tiramisu for two is my go to - a perfect nude :) The pricing is a little higher however you pay for what you get! More than worth it! The ladies working there were amazing and I recieved the best shellac manicure I have ever gotten from any other place. They all spoke English to eachother which was very respectful as most places just speak a different language all the time. The prices are not too bad, but there a little bit more than average but I'm telling you it is SO worth it. They use brand new, clean tools all the time, and they make sure you're comfortable and happy. I will absolutley be going back next time I want to treat myself! Read Less

I made an appt today for my daughter and I at 4:30. We planned our day around our appt and we were supposed to finish with a mani/pedi. When we arrived, we were told that although we had an appointment, they couldn't accommodate us because they had to many walk-ins. I solely went to this nail salon out of desperation since I couldn't make it to my regular nail salon and my bio shellac was chipping. I decided to get a clear bio fill since I wanted to do something simple. Not even 7 hours later, my bio gel cracked in half on my pinky nail and on my thumb the bio gel was peeling off! I went back the same day to ask them to fix it since it hadn't even been 24 hours since I got my nails done! I wasn't charged for them to fix my nails but my god was it a hassle! The girl who was trying to fix my nails was trying to convince me to put a tip on and completely cut my actual nail off! The only reason she suggested that was because she didn't want to be hassled with doing it the proper, longer way. Overall, I will NEVER go back to this salon. I would rather walk around with chipped nails than deal with the headache this salon caused me. I suggest for no one to EVER go there. Read Less

The girls got myself and a friend in right away on a busy Tuesday afternoon. My shellac manicure lasted 3 weeks beautifully. My friends regular manicure was well done and lasted a week and a half until it chipped. Tools are clean. The ambiance leaves something to be desired but for a mall spa it was decent.Read Less

Rude!! Never said hello as I sat down. Made errors and blamed it on me talking to my friend beside me. Getting your nails done can also be a social things for girls but she rolled her eyes at me as I talked to my girlfriend beside me. She was pushy with my hands. Would never go back. My daughters and I get our pedicures here and have never been disappointed. It's relaxing and affordable, and the staff is friendly and professional.We're rarely organized enough to make appointments, but they always manage to fit in walk-in clients.In their natural state, my feet are terrible -- so it's a real test to see who can make them look and feel nice, but the women at L'Amour Nails do it well, and it's a relaxing treat to get my feet "made pretty" here.
