I have been seeing Jenny now for four years and just love the work she does with my nails. She even works with my finger that was damaged by a childhood accident by putting a false nail on it so that it fools the eye to make it seem normal and blends in with my regular nails. What a hidden gem! Went to this place yesterday after my regular salon nearby (Nail Experts) couldn't fit me in. Seeing as it wasn't my usual place I was nervous about how things would turn out but that fear quickly subsided when I was warmly welcomed by not only the staff but the other clients as well! Such a cool vibe!! Loved the calm/relaxing atmosphere. Kristy (sp?) was clearly passionate about the quality of her work and it showed! She took her time and paid attention to detail and my nails turned out beautiful! On top of it all, the prices were far more reasonable than my usual place! If you need a mani, pedi or especially if you want bio-gel nails you must ask for Jenny who is the owner and is an amazing nail artist. This place is clean, has a calm and quiet vibe and service with a kind smile. They have great massaging chairs that are super comfy and you can have your back rubbed while they give you a wonderful pedi that includes a foot massage. I struggled to find a new place when I moved from Montreal to Burlington. Now I only let Jenny do my nails and they stay beautiful for 3 weeks. And the prices are great. Money well spent each time. The price, quality and service are all unbelievably good. I got a flawless manicure and pedicure done in the most friendly atmosphere. When my shellac unfortunately chipped a few days after having my nails done, Jenny was beyond gracious to me and fixed it for me right away! Amazing service and amazing people. They make you feel very welcomed!!!! Also, the place it's always clean. Jenny, Anthony and Jessica are great at what they do. You can take a picture of what you want and they'll replicate or they can freehand. If your manicure chips or your nail breaks they'll fix it for free. So their work is guaranteed.... Flower! The lady who runs this place! So nice! All the girls I've ever seen work here are super nice too! It's just nice to get your nails done where it doesn't sound like they're making fun of you or something in another language. They don't have a price list of everything they do, but maybe because most of their customers are regulars, there's always ladies coming in chatting away with Flower like old friends while they get their nails done. Don't go here if you just want a simple manicure though, I got one for $30 and it started chipping the very next day, it was completely gone in 2.
